Would give zero stars if I could I have an auto loan through here and came in to make a payment as well as open a new checking saving and they were so rude I decided against it while I was there. I was waiting in line and someone asked me what I was there for, I responded auto payment and he said urg I wish you people would just make a phone call instead of coming in. What is you people exactly??? They reluctantly processed my auto payment then said I was on my own when I asked for help updating my address. Hope this review makes it to somewhere corporate customer service here is embarrassing and so lazy.

I have been doing business with Wells since they bought my mortgage a few years ago and I have always been very satisfied with their customer service. (So much so that I left my credit union and the other bank I had been loyal to for years.) This week I had the privilege of working with Jacob Hartough. He was able to assist me with some things that I needed to have addressed ASAP and he accomplished it at breakneck speed, less than 48 hours!!! Not to mention I was only at the bank talking to him for 40 minutes. I am by no means a big $$$ client, yet he treated me as such. He is the right person to see if you do business with Wells Fargo.
