Being in the customer service industry myself for over a decade, just wanted to take pause out of my day to say thank you to Brigh (girrrrl, if I spelled it wrong it’s because I’m laying on my couch & your business card is in my purse, BUT… you know who you are) for her efficient help today in setting up a new account for me.
Brigh was professional, personable, quick to answer any of my questions & sent me on my way with all my scatterbrained ducks in a row.
If you work at this location & are reading this, give your coworker a high five, she helped earn y’all a very satisfied new account holder — which means we all win

I have never received such terrible service in my life from a bank. Evan, the Personal Banker doesn’t care about you or your business. Elizabeth the Branch Manager will not call you back when you try to get things resolved. I closed my account immediately after dealing with them. GO TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH OR A DIFFERENT BANK ALL TOGETHER. They don’t care about you or your business!

I stopped into this branch for the first time after banking at a different location for four years — big mistake. I walked in around 10am to make a cash deposit and walked out a full twenty minutes later. There was one person in front of me who was being helped, so I’m not sure why it took so long to make a deposit.
After waiting patiently to be helped, the banker then proceeded to LOUDLY announce how much money I had in my account, immediately noticing her mistake and saying «Oh» and looking embarrassed. I let it go, assuming she was new. She THEN said goodbye by warning me to be careful in my new city, as «There are lots of cops around there.»
Really? That’s your way of ending a transaction?
Not impressed.

Convenient parking and never busy. Only problem is that their ATM machine is always being worked on, not sure how it can be broken constantly.
