My husband loves blizzards so we go there despite their sub-​standard blizzards. They just can’t seem to make a quality blizzard. It is never mixed completely. Such a simple thing that a few extra seconds would make it right. A big sign says it is free if they don’t turn it upside down. I think I’m going to start enforcing that since it would make them mix them better.

Closes at 10. On my way got stuck in traffic and I called to let them know. Told them my pregnant wife had a craving for a banana split. They had it ready and waiting when I got there.
That’s true customer service. I eat here a lot and will definitely continue.
