Heard a lot about this place and so I decided to try it. You would think that it would be easy to do this. Walk in, buy a doughnut, and enjoy. However, on 4 separate occasions I went in between 8 and 9 in the morning and they were almost out of doughnuts. Yes, that’s right, a doughnut shop with hardly any doughnuts. It’s easy to tell which doughnuts are good and which ones are not so good because the same ones were sold out each time and the same ones were hardly touched. In the end it doesn’t matter how good some of them are because chances are you won’t be able to get one. The sign says they are open from 5 am till 1 pm. When you are out of your best selling product before the day is half over and you refuse to make more then it’s not a real business. It’s better referred to as a hobby. If the owners want to call it a business then they are simply lazy owners. In the end there is no reason for anyone to go out of their way to stop at this doughnut less doughnut shop.

Just went here for the 1st time and must say the people were very pleasant and courteous. They did not have what I was looking for but said that they could fulfill and make my request and informed me that it would take a couple of minutes. Within 3 minutes I had the best cinnamon cake donuts you could ever ask for. They were light & airy and I probably could have eaten a dozen if given the chance. Please give a try. Well worth it.

The donuts were OK. Not great. There was a lot of variety but not in a good way — like a ton of maple — seasonal yes but popular — maybe no. There were a lot of random inventions but not enough regular to fill in the box with. I went for a dozen and could barely pick a half dozen to buy. The owner was out visiting with people he obviously knew at the tables instead of taking care of the long line of waiting customers. A busy Saturday morning is not the time for social hour when you own a business. The donuts are definitely fresh and they clearly are trying to be innovative but fads rarely last. OK to get a donut to try the place but I won’t go back.

I came back about 6 weeks after the opening. The store is much more organized with a much higher staffing level. The donut flavors are not sorted on the trays but the prices are very clear. I went for a pumpkin spice donut and a peanut coated donut and both were very good. I shall make return visits in the future and hope they expand to muffins and bagels in the future.

Not to impressed! !! Heard from a few friends that they went in around 9:30 am and they were out of donuts! I went there last Wednesday and they were closed! My husband went there tdy and they didn’t have any crème donuts and the donuts he purchased were supposed to be filled with Bavarian crème but we’re in fact empty! The dunk sticks were good and the old fashioned as well but not as good as Krispy Crème or YumYum!

The donuts were great! You can tell they are hand made and baked fresh. The owner is still getting the kinks out like how to label what kinds of donuts are available to pricing. Honestly, I didn’t care about that. I was there for the donuts and I will go again. Can’t wait until they start coming out with fun flavors!
