I had my first experience with Cibo last week. My boyfriend loves the one in Fishkill and talked the food up… A lot. I hate saying these words but, he was right. Everything was great: food, staff, service. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and we split a large order of fries. Both things were delicious. Keep up the great job!

Thank you for coming to Poughkeepsie! Cibo is my favorite lunch spot by far. Everything I’ve had here has been delicious: salads, sandwiches, wraps, quiches, rice balls, and more. They have a nice, big eat in area and they are also conveniently located for take out. Really nice touches like their crispy wonton bits and sweet popcorn that come with your meal make me smile every time I come. In addition to their menu board, take a look in the glass case for all sorts of freshly made salads and more. They’re open till 9pm every day except Sunday, so try them for lunch or a casual dinner. You won’t be disappointed!

I couldn’t be happier that Cibo now has a location in Poughkeepsie! If you haven’t yet eaten there (in Fishkill) you are in for a treat! This is real food… handmade…quality ingredients by a skilled chef. All the bread is house-​made daily…(the pesto roll is out of this world!) and the sandwiches are great! They also have fresh and inventive salads (I love the Four-​Cheese Stuffed Portabello over greens and the fried goat cheese cakes). My husband raves about all the food, and me, as a vegetarian, am very happy with the nice selection offered (including a house-​made veggie burger and fresh cut fries). If you can’t tell, I really really like this place :-)
