Love panera, but this location is always out of food. They ran out of bread bowls and baguettes. Thought it was called Panera«bread.» Brutal.

Second time at panera, and as everyone knows, their cheddar broccoli soup is amazing. Bread is always fresh and service is great. Very friendly staff, and I got my order in less than 3 minutes. Also the ginger hibiscus iced tea hit the spot! Good lunch if you’re out running around!

Love this panera. The wi fi always works, they have a variety of menu options and are never out of stock, not have they ever made a mistake on my order.

Everything is decent at this Panera. It has a great location, close to the mall and other route 9 attractions. The age of the restaurant is starting to show, and it could use a bit of a face lift on the inside. It also can get very busy and dirty during the lunch shift. Still, it’s a good option for a fast casual lunch in this area.

A little bit dirty of a place, and the food here is okay but a bit expensive for what you’re actually getting. The staff is also very friendly.

It seems that every time I eat at a Panera the portions get smaller and smaller. This specific location has constantly served me with dirty dishes and utensils it’s absolutely disgusting. As much as I love their BBQ chicken salad and mac and cheese I no longer go back.

For a chain, this place isn’t that bad. Soups, salads, sandwiches and breads are decent. Service and cleanliness is A+ and the«dining room» is more warm and inviting than the typical fast food chain.

When they first opened it was better, now its kinda eh. Although the salad was fresh and crisp. The onion soup is pretty gross. 5 stars for Chavon, he was friendly when he delivered the food and I watched him picking things up off the floor and trying to keep things tidy.(which I have to add is a much bigger job than 1 boy can do, tables are dirty floor is littered) There was a man behind us that had his shoes off, please enact a shoe policy looking at his bare feet was pretty gross. Also there was a woman next to us that had 2 small children I would say 4 and 6 she let these kids run rampant around the store. I wound up keeping an eye on her kids in fear they would run out the door. Panera this kinda is your problem tell that chick to keep her children in their seats! I gave her the look. you know the get your kids you lazy dumb***, she could have cared less. Post a sign or something, its really unacceptable. I will wind up here again I am sure, but probably for take out when in a pinch.

the 3 cheese panini, what three cheese? can anyone count? there was one yellow piece of cheese on meat that i flt the coldness in as i bit into it; it was to go no napkins, fork knife or anything in the bag ordered coffee on the way out and saw the cashier grab a cup and put her grimy fingers right on top where i was to drink, while handling money, so i immed. switched to bottled water and stormed out guess i cannot expect even low california standards in NY.

Decent food. I prefer their breakfast menu to their lunch/dinner menu. Favorites: Caramel Latte(hot). Blueberry Scone, Strawberries n Cream Scone, Pumpkin Muffie, Chocolate Pastry… Dislike: The Chickens sandwiches(all of them)… To me they all taste fake and processed.

When the nearby Olive Garden told us there would be a 30-minute wait, we decided to eat here. The result: Quick, tasty and less expensive than OG would have been. The broccoli cheese and black bean soups were very good. My roast beef sandwich could not have been better! Fresh lemonade was great. This location seems to attract a wide cross-section of area residents, students, and, like us, visitors to the area. All seem satisfied.

Relatively healthy food that tastes great at reasonable prices. The service is pretty quick too. get the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl, out of control!

Upscale fast food. Sandwiches are okay, but not as good a local deli. French Onion soup is definitely out of a can. No hearty onions. Seems like freeze dried onions. Those mini little freeze dried onions like McDonald’s once used on their cheese burgers(maybe they still use them, i don’t know because i haven’t been to Mickey D’s in years).

Pretty decent options, a tad pricey sometimes for the small portions, but their bread is amazing.

It’s the usual Panera bread fare, so it’s quite good, though it always seems that the apples they offer you are small and tart. Plusses: — a separate back room where groups can meet — they can handle a busy crowd well at the counters Minuses — coffee and soda/tea stations are at opposite ends of the place — This place just never seems to get food delivery right. There were 4 of us, and because it was busy, our orders were handled by 3 different people in 3 different lines. Some asked for our names, some didn’t. Some were given numbered cards, some weren’t. 3 of us had our meals delivered to us, 1 person’s meal was not delivered and subsequently detected on the serving counter, and we have no idea how long it had been there.

Due to travel — had to spend several hours at this Panera from late morning thru the lunch & beyond. I found it unbelievably noisy — and all from the staff — lots of yelling & screaming«runner», etc. and raucous laughing, personal conversations, and carrying on from the staff. For anyone trying to have a nice lunch with some conversation with a friend — this is a tough sell. Long long lines when ordering — something is wrong with the system. Witness the manager being rude to staff and patrons. WiFi was obviously overloaded — lots of buffering and slow.

I thought I’d give Panera a quick review since I’m using their free wifi at the moment. I love that about them. When I’m on the run and need to eat or just use my computer, they’ve always been there for me. Yeah, it’s a national chain, and the food is always the same, and it seems more healthy than it is… But free wifi! Thanks Panera! And if any other local joints want to do the same, know that I will be over with my mac any day now.

Dutchess County is so chock-full of amazing, independently-owned restaurants that there’s almost never a reason to eat at a chain. However, I make an exception for Panera when I need to grab a quick bite. I’m in love with the tomato soup, the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, and the iced green tea. I’ve never had a bad experience here– the food comes out quick and fresh, there’s plenty of seating, and the prices are reasonable. My one quibble? I used to ask for an apple as a side, but never received one that was bruise-free or crisp. Having learned my lesson, I now ask for one of their baguettes and save it for breakfast the following day.

I had my office lunch catered. It was awesome. Lauren is a great Catering Coordinator. Be sure to ask for her.
