I love red lobster but last few times they’re getting cheaper n cheaper with the biscuits. I order drinks and didn’t receive any until 15 minutes in with our salad. And only 3 biscuits for two, smh everybody comes for the biscuits

We all greatly enjoyed the Lobster Feast last evening. The Maine lobster tails were especially good. Our waitress, April, was perhaps the best I have ever met! Highly recommend this restaurant’s specials and the impeccable service.

Its been years since the last time we went here, i think when my husband and I were still dating. I was surprised that this place is still popping esp at 5pm friday, granted the majority of them are old people. i got my usual– parmesan crusted tilapia which still tastes the same as i remembered. breaded fish. husband got the strip steak with 2 lobster tails. his dish pretty much just tastes like butter. at least the steak was cooked to medium rare as requested and was tender. Our bill came to $ 75 with a strawberry mojito and soda. I dont remember it being this expensive. For that price, we couldve eaten at a much nicer restaurant with better fresher ingredients. Prob wont be back til the next X years. place smelled really old and fishy anyway

The wife and I went here for lunch yesterday. This Red Lobster on route 9 in Poughkeepsie, used to be our favorite red Lobster location. But after finding out that they recently changed their menu, only 3 weeks ago, and raised all of their prices as well as lower all of their portion sizes, we will likely not be going to Red Lobster for food ever again. I can’t see any other location being cheaper, as they’re all run by a corporate headquarters. The Appetizer dish that my wife and i got, used to cost $ 7.49. Yesterday, the same dish made with smaller shrimp, was $ 9.99. For lunch my wife and I got similar dishes, she got a lunch size portion of Cajun Chicken Alfredo, and I got the four course feast with the Cajun Chicken Alfredo. A dish I have gotten many times before in the past. The bowl of soup that I got as my appetizer was smaller than normal, I got a container of coleslaw because I wasn’t in the mood for salad and there was definitely less coleslaw than normal. And then found out that the pasta dish which is the main course of the four course feast was no longer a full size portion. It was now the same size portion as my wife got, or to say a half portion. the desert is now only one choice fudge brownie ala mode. which you now only get a half of a brownie, with a half a scoop of ice cream. After much complaining to the manager about the smaller portion and the rise in price, I was offered the normal size pasta dish instead of the half portion. Our bill usually came to around $ 40, yesterday’s bill was almost $ 60. To me that is an unacceptable difference. When the gas prices are coming down and everything should be getting cheaper, for this corporation to Jack their prices, and cut their portions, is just bad business. and as a result they will no longer be getting my business. I just took my soup out of the refrigerator, what they gave me as a bowl of soup at an extra cost of + $ 1 to the already more expensive menu. It is less than a cup actually about three quarters of a cup. By no means is this a bowl of lobster bisque and if I bought lobster bisque off of their new menu separately it would be $ 10 for this much soup that is insane!!! Suck it Red Lobster you are horrible now! You should be ashamed of yourself!

Great restaurant. We love to go there for the endless shrimp basket. It’s a great deal if you like shrimps. The selection is a little different each year and this year’s selection wasn’t as good as last year. The price is a little higher than other chain restaurants but that’s normal with the quality of food you are being served. I would recommend that you call first to reserve a table(that cuts your waiting time in half).

Red Lobster is expensive but I don’t have any problems with the food served there — the inside could use a bit of a redo after all these years but the staff working there is fantastic — been there plenty of times and have loved the server each time. Great place to go for seafood but be weary of how much you’re gonna spend!

Went here 4÷18÷15 with a party of 9 for my daughters birthday. Started ok with two servers taking our order. All downhill from there. Drinks came and we didn’t see the servers again for easily 20 minutes… half our party got their soup and salad… the other half wasn’t so lucky. As for the famous never ending biscuits… more like the never appearing biscuits. Refills on the drinks… LOL…you would have thought the soda machine was offsite. By the time the entrees appeared, with some help from the manager, I was in no mood to eat it. The only star is because the coconut shrimp was decent. Never going back.

Food was absolutely amazing! Service was slow and poor! I will definitely give it another try! But I hope I get a better server

I don’t get why this place get so busy during the weekend it just your typical chain restaurant that been in the area for quite sometime. I like how they try to make it more upscale by getting rid of the tacky decorations and pictures on the wall.

My husband and I went here with his brother, grandmother and mother. After a short wait, we were seated at a table(which impressed me because some of the people we were eating with were overweight, making booth-sitting difficiult), brought their deliciously salty bread, and asked if we knew what we wanted to drink. I ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri, and everyone else ordered iced teas. He brought them back within 5 minutes. We asked for more time to figure out what we wanted to order. He came back when we were ready and helped us order everything exactly how we wanted it. He refilled the iced tea cups and had friendly conversation with us while he collected the menus. Our salads were perfect. No wilting or anything and my husband’s clam chowder was the perfect thickness. Our main courses were large and satisfying. The steak was a little peppery, but I still enjoyed every bite. I would definitely come back to this Red Lobster to enjoy it again :)

Took the family here for mothers day… besides the wait(expected), everything was awesome. Excellent food, excellent customer service, ambiance was great. Our server went out of his way to make sure our time there was great. Good job Vince…

Went here two weeks ago and said I would write a review so here I go… I am a Red Lobster fan. Yes, I know many folk do not like the predictable franchise food, but that is exactly what I love about places like Red Lobster, Cheesecake Factory, etc. What I get in NYC is what I get in Florida — -including the exact mix for my Pina Coladas and those wonderful biscuits. However, when I ate at this restaurant, I will say that the service was way, way, way excellent and that the presentation of the food was done a bit more nicely than in NYC’s outer-boroughs. I was hesitant to get one of the dishes b/c when I had it at a Red Lobster on Long Island, it was a bit greasy with too much cheese. The waitress assured me that this would not be the case and sure enough, she was right. My Lobster Alfredo dish was just right! I was in Fishkill for 4 days and went to this Red Lobster twice — dinner and then lunch. No regrets.

Food was very good and our server was excellent(Dawn: THANKS!). Everything was timed perfectly. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I thought it was a little pricey, but other than that, it was great.

Went with my family to celebrate something or other; they love Red Lobster. They’ve been frequenting the chain for over 30 years. The one thing I will definately rate 5 stars is the hot garlic biscuits they serve before salad. I was really looking forward to that and grabbed a million of them since I don’t frequent Red Lobster usually and wanted to get my fill in while I had the chance! The service was very good(Thank you, Dawn!), the place was clean and my family consumed more shrimp in one sitting(in butter sauce, fried, covered in coconut, etc.) than Bubba Gump himself. Unfortunately, the only thing on the menu for non-fish/seafood eating vegetarians is mozzerella sticks, a side garden salad and fries. I consumed a little of all these things and they were average/not bad. But that’s what I get for going to Red Lobster when I don’t like seafood.

I’m a server for Red Lobster at this location, so I might be biased, but I’m being completely honest when I say that almost 100% of the time, the food is to die for. Prior to working for the company, I hadn’t eaten at Red Lobster for about 10 years, and boy was I missing out. Here’s some of my favorite dishes: Maui Luau Shrimp & Salmon Chef’s Signature Lobster & Shrimp Pasta Parrot Bay Jumbo Coconut Shrimp Tilapia in a Bag Save room for dessert, because you don’t want to miss out on the Chocolate Lava Cookie!
