Dunkin’ Donuts

This is the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. I tried it a couple of times, each time was a disappointment.

Today I had to return two medium hot lattes. The manager came over and asked me why I was returning the drinks. I explained to him «these lattes don’t have any foam.» He proceeded to argue with me «lattes don’t have foam.» Knowing for certain what a latte is; I explained to him that there are signs all over the store (inside and out) that not only show that a latte had foam, but the correct amount of foam to put on said latte. Instead of apologizing he refused to even look at the sign and laughed while making rude comments before walking away. I am very disappointed and even worse offended by the way I was treated today. I used to go to this location for convenience but this is the last time. This has not been my first bad experience here, infact I’ve had several. Make sure your drink is right if you do come here, because it almost never is.

Really disappointed here. This Dunkin’ is in a gas station convenience store. There had to have been 7 people behind the Dunkin’ counter running around like chicken’s without heads. It was madness back there, and yet, I still waited quite some time for my bagel. What makes me rate this place two star is, (if you look at the picture I attached), the sanitation bucket with chemicals was on the pickup counter. You could smell the disinfectant. Not a positive experience.
