I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Essential Massage. Suzanne did an excellent job working to completely understand my history and needs. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate throughout the entire process. Looking forward to my next appointment!

This business is run by Suzanne Gilbert, LMT. She is a dishonest person and I would not recommend ever buying a gift certificate from her or using her services. I purchased a gift certificate for a friend, and time and time again the friend tried to make an appointment. Suzanne is great at not being available for months and then when my friend tried once again she was told the gift certificate had expired. I emailed Suzanne and asked for my money back. She refused. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. She is unscrupulous and I would suggest using another place for a massage such as Marion’s Salon in Pleasant Valley. You get great service at Marion’s from friendly professional people. STAY AWAY from Suzanne Gilbert and this place.
