This facility is spotless! You could eat off the floors in this place. The manager Brendan makes sure everything is spelled out for you before renting a storage room. No surprises here! Safe and reasonably priced.

Brendan does an excellent job running this storage facility. He is completely customer oriented and flexible in addressing and resolving issues. The property is clean, climate controlled, secure, and well managed.

The building is not temperature controlled like advertised. The best way to guarantee this is too request a unit that does not connect to the perimeter of the outside units. After a few month of renting we discovered mold in our unit. Most of our items were destroyed. The manager Brendan is the only great part of this company. He goes above and beyond. But unfortunately this company doesn’t give him a break. The gate is ALWAYS open. That doesn’t give you the good feeling of security. Rent also goes up, quite often.

Horrible customer service, rent goes up every six months. When I first started five years ago my rent was 55 but it went to 65 now it’s $ 73 for a 5×5. This place is non-​secure the gate is always broken. During the winter time I doubt they even put the heat on in the building because it’s the same temperature as the outside as it is in the inside.

Formerly Hampshire Storage, this facility has changed hands, and not for the better.
A recent call to local management was answered impatiently and unprofessionally. (That was a surprise, as the old manager was almost too enthusiastic about answering questions.)
When we came to empty our unit, we couldn’t get our gate code to work. Because it was a Sunday, no one was in the office. That would have been ok – but no one answered the 800 number either! Zero customer service.
Worst of all was that we got in anyway, by piggybacking on other customers who happily went through the gate first and held the doors for us. So zero security. Won’t be back.
