I love this ocean state! Everything is really cheap and everyone there is eager to help if you go and ask. It’s a nice place to be, and it’s good for non-perishables.

Great for certain finds! Usually stock up on seltzer, cleaning products, shampoo and other beauty products. Great prices and they also have a good variety of products and brands you can’t regularly find elsewhere. Happy I don’t have to drive to Hopewell anymore to go to Ocean State!

I am surprised — in a bad way — at how quickly this store has fallen into a state of disarray and mess. You can still find deals here — Ocean State Job Lots are known for having great prices on certain types of items. The challenge will be finding some of these. Seasonal items are still presented well, but many of the standard items are cluttered, things like books, housewares, health and beauty, etc. The floor was filthy. Doesn’t a place like this have a night crew to reorganize the inventory and clean the store? Please take a day or to to clean and reorganize things.
