Everyone is incredibly friendly and very helpful. The rewards system is significantly better than Sephora’s considering you get dollars off instead of samples. The girl who heads Benefit, Laurie Lombardi, is fantastic. She has a super cute YouTube page with tutorials and product hauls too! Overall love this place.

I don’t know if management read reviews or perhaps they are just finally getting grounded, but the customer service is most greatly improved! I enjoy going here now, and thank goodness cuz I really, really like the stuff they sell. A little too much, so not sureifthats so good that they are getting great

I had a very nice hairdresser. This is my third time coming here. It was busy and I couldn’t sit while my hair was being processed that was the only bad thing about this place.

There are certain staff members there who are super helpful and friendly, which has made a world of a difference when shopping there — specifically, the two hair care stylists/make up artists who helped when I’ve had my makeup done. They were genuinely pleasant and fun. I have to agree with the previous reviewer on the grumpy manager(long black hair)… She has a very unhappy and disgruntled disposition that is simply unapproachable. It is clear that she is unhappy working there… and I’m sure she has her reasons, but as a customer, I wish I didn’t have to see it so much. If everyone were like the makeup artists/hair stylists who helped me, it would be such a fun, *beautifying* experience! Instead, it feels a bit bleh like a desolate, dreary day. I have to stop by PetSmart and get a dose of kitty cuteness to get myself right again.

I was just in on Sunday 1÷11÷2015 I asked the manager Jessica for some help and she was quite rude! She seemed annoyed that I would be asking her for some help like it’s not her job to help me. She kept huffing & puffing, had no idea about the products the store she manages sells! She kept saying«I don’t know» or «we don’t carry that» never showed me an alternative for what I had wanted! I left with nothing! I had to go further down route 9 and into the crowded mall to go to sephora to get some help, guess what?! Sephora found me an alternative to what I was looking for ANDGUESSWHAT?!! Ulta carries the same exact product!!! I checked their website & then went into the store today to see if it was in the store & it WAS! Jessica told me «No we don’t carry anything like that.» And it was right there!!! She didn’t even look or ask anybody else to help me! I am livid! Nobody there knows what they’re doing it’s disgusting. The manager is rude. And needs to be trained on what her store sells!
