I recently stopped in and was not very happy with my experience. They seemed like they were very overwhelmed. I asked for a rebuild on my mod and I also bought a juice. First of all– I was way overcharged for the build. I’ve never been charged for a rebuild if I was making a purchase. Second– a day later the wire popped out of place= build no good! I’m furious! Third– while I was in the shop the guy kept trying to sell me everything. Ridiculous and made me feel uncomfortable.

My husband is buying things here often. I only shopped twice or thrice and it was okay. Lots of everything you want but indeed more expensive than other places. I don’t think it’s fair to compare them with the online stores because online you will always find something cheaper. They indeed don’t always say hi went you come in or anything but I don’t mind.

This place is top notch for premium e juices, mods, and standard and advanced e cigs. Whether you’re into vaping, blowing huge clouds, building your own coils or just quit or are trying to quit smoking this is the place to go. The staff is amazing. Very customer oriented, Ask questions, they are more than happy to help. The atmosphere of the store is awesome, cool place to hang and blow clouds, or just pop in to say whats up while passing through Poughkeepsie. Their e liquid selection is like no other with a ton of flavors to choose from. Their pricing is pretty much the same as internet prices, but no waiting for the mail to come and no shipping! Add them on fb and instagram and keep watch for their next cloud competition.
