Taco Bell

This Taco Bell has a great team of employees. They are nice and the food is always great. The extra impression I got from the team was that after I got my order and went out to my car, I started to leave and my battery went dead. At this time I was off their property and near the gas station next door. While I waited for a friend to give my car a jump, three of the Taco Bell employees walked outside and offered their help, if they could do anything for me. I told them that my friend was on his way. This showed me what type of people are employed at this Taco Bell. I was impressed with their selflessness.

I adore me some Taco Bell, but I go here because it’s the only one around and not because it’s a good restaurant. I’ve been here dozens of times since 2008, and about eighty percent of the time, I have had to wait for service because the staff is messing around in the back. They see me, but continue to laugh and joke with each other when they’re not even making food. This is also the only restaurant that I have ever seen people demand their money back (and this has happened several times), either because they’re made to wait over fifteen minutes (when there aren’t even a lot of people there) or because the food was poorly made. For myself, I’ve been the only person in the restaurant, with no one in the drive thru, and I’ve had to wait over ten minutes for a small order. About sixty percent of the time, the food is mediocre. I’ve often gotten a Mexican pizza that looked like I had put it in a bag thoroughly shaken it, and stepped on it before eating it. I’ve also gotten tacos or burritos with very small amounts of meat, beans, or cheese. I’ve gotten chili cheese burritos that look like a taquito. It’s like you get a spoonful of meat topped with huge amounts of lettuce. This is very much a hit-​and-​miss restaurant. Either you get good service and good food, or you get crappy service and mediocre food. The only reason I still go there is because the food is cheap and my kids love soft tacos when we’re out and about and in a hurry.

The food is standard Taco Bell food. The staff however, sucks. They all talk and laugh in the back, messing around and never looking out for customers. Whenever I come in I have to wait for an associate to notice me at the counter. Their ice machine was broken today and yet the rude man at the counter failed to tell me and I was forced to drink lukewarm soda. Gross. No to mention they sing obnoxiously in the background as you’re trying to eat lunch. They don’t play music in the lobby for customers. You’re forced to listen to them while you eat. And then there is the state of the lobby… I don’t know what the back looks like but I sure hope it’s cleaner than the front! The glass on the doors is always smudgy, the floor is sticky and tables are not cleaned promptly. I have watched 3 customers leave in 20 minutes and no one has bothered to come clean and wipe tables. Whatever you do… DO NOT LOOK UP!!! All the signs and décor on the walls have chunks of dust on them fluttering in the breeze from the vents that have the same amounts of gross fluff on them. The lights also have dust and what I think looks like some dead bugs stuck in them. Not appetizing. I know it’s just a fast food restaurant but that is no excuse for not being cleanly or having crappy customer service. I won’t be eating here for fear of what dust or bugs are getting baked into my food. Much rather go to the Burger King right next door.

Worst taco bell on the west coast. It smells bad, the floors are greasy, and there is never any one at the frount counter to help you. When you do get some one to push buttons and take your money, what comes out the back is all wrong. Like its hard to make a taco. Do not recommend eating here.

Alright soooo. I wanna say this is a 5 star service because they are really friendly, patient, and has got our orders correct each time. So theres a good part! That’d be like a 5 star on their part. But as far as the food goes… Heh… Uhhhh yeah. well just take a look at my tortilla with a spoon full of beans and i think there might be cheese somewhere in there, «bean burrito»… NOT ok lol. I want a mouth full of beans with each bite. Othwise I couldve just ate a piece of tortilla at my place. –_​– As far as the other food options, i wanna say there was 2 times where it came out hot and not mediocre warm. Lol. Those are really the only 2 thing i have to say bout this place. If youre gnna fck up a simple bean/​cheese burrito. Then thats just sad haha. Hopefully it was just this one time. Anyways, happy Taco Belling!

Everytime I come here I am greeted with such wonderful service. The staff is so kind and helpful.
Even with my occasional picky request, my food is hot and delicious.
