Very good food, my husband always gets the asada tacos and I get the enchilada plate. Staff is always very friendly and pleasant. Salsa & guacamole are both delicious.

The place is a bit of a hole in the wall but damn their food is good. Their salsa sauces are definitely the best I have tasted in Kitsap. What more can I say this Mexican restaurant, it’s cheap, it’s filling, and it tastes good.

OMG!!! I love this place!!! It is so awesome! The service is always excellent. They are very busy at lunch and supper time but I usually just call and order my food to go. Mmmmmm!!! The big burrito is awesome and the deluxe quesadilla is to die for!

Best authentic Mexican food in the area. I’m from California so I know my Mexican food, and this is as good as it gets. The salsas are addicting, and they have a good selection. Everything I’ve had there is delicious, and believe me, I’ve had almost everything on the menu. I love that their prices are low, the service is polite, and you get your food fast without sacrificing flavor. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to pay for the chips and salsa when you’re dining in, which I haven’t encountered at other Mexican restaurants in the area, but this small complaint isn’t enough to keep us from going back again and again. Seriously, if I could afford it I’d eat here daily.

Amazing, authentic Mexican food at super low prices! The chips are seasoned to perfection and the salsa is addicting. My favorite dish is the taco plate. Filling, cheap and customizable. Highly recommended!

Guys, this place is good. Like really really good. We came here dinner before date night and apparently we’re the last people in Poulsbo to find out about this place, because there wasn’t a table available! We waited a few minutes after we ordered and jumped on a table when it opened up. I had the tortilla soup and my husband had the carnitas plate. Both of us were thrilled with our food. The tortilla soup was HUGE, hot and yummy. The broth tasted like spiced up chicken broth and there were large peices of chicken with tortillas and cheese at the bottom of the bowl. My husband’s carnitas plate was full of carnitas, beans and rice. It also came with 2 tortillas to put everything together. The tortillas didn’t seem homemade, but they might have been — not judging, just saying. Overall we’re very excited to have found this place and pumped to go back!

This is our family favorite on the fly. Amazing folks own this place, so sweet every visit– and the food keeps us hooked. I recommend enchiladas Cazadores or the carnitas. The chile relleno is stellar, and I am a freak for their Menudo, pazole is a good second if you are not into that. And… Best chips anywhere, it’s the little things like that which count for me. Authentico. Delicioso. Family owned and home cooked. Beer is cheap and cold.

This is the best Mexican food in Kitsap county. The people are authentic as is the food. They are consistently very good. You can count on their specials. Affordable and fast for lunch. Highly recommend. Wish they would delve into homemade moles and other sauces.

Very casual mexican food. You order your food then sit down, so don’t expect for someone to come take your order. Love the quesadilla but everything is good.

This place is legit! Being from San Diego, I’m very impressed. The food is legit Mexican greasiness and I LOVEIT! I got there tacos plate– they use corn tortillas(best places always do) and have a salsa bar. I say a few people ordering their roll tacos– looked really good! Not very expensive and they have a variety of food. Customer service is great!

Wow! What an amazing joint… and I do mean joint! Don’t come here for atmosphere or swank décor. Come here for delicious food. Many people I know love Adalberto’s down in San Diego… that place has nothing on Los Cazadores. Great place to grab dinner to take home when you don’t feel like cooking. Sat/Sun is menudo time… I may actually consider trying menudo as long as it’s from here. Anyway-bottom line: delicious food, meh décor, but who cares… it’s a great neighborhood joint!

Really a great little Mexican place! I got a wet burrito here and it tasted delicious! We placed our order to go and they had the order whipped out in no time at all! Pacific Northwest Mexican food is different from where I came from. For one there are next to no Mexican restaurants that smother their burritos with green chile out here. I will not put myself in a high and mighty position where«I know what good Mexican food is» since it is really all subjective. For Pacific Northwest style Mexican food though Taqueria Los Cazadores comes in as one of my fav Mexican restaurants on the Peninsula!

The menu is up on the wall so you order when you come in and then seat yourself. I used the Unilocal reviews and I was not let down. I ordered the Steak Quesadilla. This was huge! And delicious. We also ordered the taco platter of lengua, carnitas, and adobada… they were fine although the lengua was the best. We also got a torta and it was great! The bread soaked up the juice and everything. We ordered horchata and the lady gave us a pitcher. We did not end up spending a lot but the food was great! Easy to miss as it is in a little strip mall off of the movie theater and not really in the downtown busier section of town. Definitely come again!

The real deal. Being of Latino descent and from California, I have my expectations when it comes to Mexican and Latin American food. When I moved to Poulsbo, I was afraid that this town would lack a decent Mexican joint. Los Cazadores proved me wrong. Ever since we’ve been out here, my husband and I go almost every week(end)! The tacos de lengua(beef tongue) are amazing — my husband always orders those whenever we go, I love their cheese enchiladas and their pozole is pretty bomb, other than the one one my mother makes! The prices are very reasonable but the service could be a bit better. As a fellow Unilocaler said, the place is «slightly dive-y but delicious.»
