Not a good experience when ordering combo meal:
— cashier was not friendly
— they gave me butter and honey but forgot my roll
— all the chicken was cold and tasted old
— the dr pepper tasted terrible and watered down
— everything was thrown into the box and looked a mess when I opened it.
I want my $ 10.00 back!

i grew up on kfc as a kid and still find myself craving the original recipe chicken with the cole slaw and the mashed potatoes and gravy. That along with the mac and cheese? whew! I’m a happy kid again. I always get my food to go for some reason. It seems convenient being able to just pick up a bucket and some sides and bring it home or to a picnic. I think that’s what most people do especially during dinner time. This location is pretty clean and doesn’t seem to get too crowded. It’s location just off poway road in the same parking lot as Bruski’s and the Big 5 sporting goods store. check em out if you’re feeling like chicken to go.

Dropped by here Sunday morning to pick up one of the to go cups as we were both hungry (boyfriend and I) but not very from the drive thru. We shared a to go to cup which had popcorn chicken and potato wedges. Some fried goodness is always nice. We happily crunched away on that while he had ketchup with his.
Some good KFC is always nice to have. Solely a review for the to go to cup for a not too hungry two.

KFC sells not the healthiest chicken in the world. But I love their original recipe and 1 or 2 times a year I venture to the dark side, buy a two piece meal and have a sugar soda. I also really like their coleslaw and have been trying to duplicate it at home, without success.
I rate them a solid 3 stars and not because there’s anything wrong. The food is served at the proper temperature-​hot chicken and cold coleslaw-​and the people are ok. Eating area is clean and well kept. Everything here is good and a nice place to come for lunch. Located in a strip mall with easy in and out & lots of parking. What’s not to like?

We’ve been buying the 8 piece mixed meal for a long time. the last two times the two chicken breasts that come with this order were much smaller than previously, in fact they appeared to be the back half of the breast and had very little white meat on it. We’re going to try it one more time and if we experience the same problem, it’s goodbye KFC.

The staff was nice, but they didn’t take our order for several minutes while the workers hurried to fill the drive thru orders. Once they finally got to us and we ordered, our food came quick. But they shorted us on bisquits! Which has happened before. When we requested the other biscuits, they said they only had one available at the moment. Cmon! At least they made it up by giving us a cookie as a substitute. They just didn’t seem prepared.

This KFC was very disappointing. The biscuits were undercooked and raw inside. A number of the drink selections were out. We asked the help to reload and they looked at us and did nothing. Asked for napkins and the lady just walked away.
The tables were sticky and needed cleaning. The chicken was good but the service and the place was terrible.
Won’t be coming back to this KFC anytime soon

I’ll come to this location only because Poway doesn’t have my other favorite unnamed fried chicken joint. Though that’s not to say KFC is horrible. I mean it’s not healthy but I do enjoy the other things besides the fried chicken. Namely the pot pies and the famous bowls. How can you be upset when they put everything that they sell, strip away the bones and place it into a bowl? I’m positive other similar restaurants don’t do it from fear of being sued by KFC. Guilty pleasure for sure!

Please change your Unilocal time to say the correct time that it opens, which is at 10:30am on the door. On Unilocal,it shows 10:00am. After looking at Unilocal,hoping it is open at 10am, clocked out for lunch and drove there to find that inside was dark, chairs were up on the table and the auto mated intercom saying to please come back during normal business hours. Time limited for me, So I had to drive back to work with my stomach growling and had to eat an apple and wash it down with water that I brought from home. Sucks. I gave it 2 stars because I still love KFC.

Servers were very friendly but when we got home we only got two pieces of chicken out of the three that we ordered. This is our first time trying this KFC I’m so disappointed that we couldn’t get at least a third piece of chicken, Second our gravy was delicious but there was like a teaspoon on it versus a full serving of gravy and an extra side of gravy like we had requested. We are so disappointed I don’t know if we will go back. The people there that were working were very friendly but we didn’t get our full order of chicken nor did we get our exercise of gravy. Plus our chicken was cold.

I come here only to get my son the popcorn chicken. Ordered two of the meals tonight and asked if I could get double biscuits instead of the side (which I’ve done before). I was told I couldn’t and would only get the chicken and one biscuit if I didn’t want the side. What sense does that make? So I got the sides and ordered an extra set of biscuits. They repeated my order and repeated everything correctly. Got to the window and they got the drink orders wrong and now I’m home and I paid for the extra biscuits for nothing because it wasn’t included in my bag. Seriously? How difficult is it to bag correctly? I’ve worked in the restaurant industry so I «know what it’s like». Not worth my dollar to go back to the restaurant to get the biscuits they forgot about. LAME.

We had to go somewhere else for dinner — they only had 2 pieces of grilled chicken available. They offered the last two pieces at a discount but that was not going to be enough for our family’s dinner. Disappointed.

Chicken and coleslaw was good as always. The reason for 2 stars is because of the service. They had 3 workers on the shift. Two were taking orders for the drive thru and the counter and the the third was getting all the orders ready. I was 3rd in line when I walked in but waited over 10 minutes to get my order in. If it wasn’t for my kids wanting KFC i would have walked out. Right before I was next in line the guy working the front decided to help the one person in the back who was really slow. There were 3 other peope behind me waiting. Why would you have 3 people running the place and have 2 of them taking orders. I’m sorry but this was a very bad experience. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Imposters! Store Name says KFC, but the chicken they serve at this location does not taste like any other KFC I been to.
Next time you have a KFC craving, do yourself a favor and find another KFC nearby!

Ok this isn’t a classy joint but when you have two chicken lovin boys that enjoy KFC and your vote is out numbered then KFC it is.
It’s KFC it’s not healthy but I do enjoy the chicken bowl which comes with mashed potatoes, corn, popcorn chicken, cheese and gravy. It’s stupid good. I also enjoy the Go Cup with a chicken little and potato wedges. It’s good for fat sh$t food.
The buffalo dipping sauce is really good.
Again not fancy but this is always a good location with friendly employees.

So I went to KFC this afternoon, bought a 10 piece meal only to get home and have pink chicken runny gravy and just plain nasty food. So I call mgr and complain. He says they will replace my meal. So tonight after work I go back to get my chicken and am now flat out outraged at this KFC. This is a picture of how my chicken was packaged half in the bottom of bag. Oh and a employee there took the serving tongs and put them on her head and then started serving chicken. When I asked her are you really gonna serve with throws tongs she looked at me like yea u idiot just like a teenager would. So needless to say I won’t be going back anytime soon. And am gonna make sure that everyone knows this is a horrible KFC.
