After checking all the storage options in Rancho Bernardo, Poway & PQ. This by far was the best decision. It’s air conditioned, which might not mean much to you, but it keeps your items from being destroyed. My unit is on the second floor… but no problem really stairs & lift located close by & YES you can feel the air condition up on the 2^nd floor too. Didn’t end up being a problem at all! The lifts come with dollys to help & there are 2 lifts? (maybe 3) Great location, great staff, they even have cold water & chocolates after your hard move or in and out visit. There are «specials» on line, which I used for 2 months. I would totally recommend to anyone thinking long term or short term as I am. !

Very nice facilty. Very nice personnel, helpful, and always on site. Very clean, climate controlled storage units. I was looking for long term storage of valuable furniture, and I am happy with my choice. Only disadvantage, the office hours: you gotta be out when they close the gates. I guess that is the trade-off for a safe storage environment. Price is fair.
Overall rating is very satisfactory.

I like the staff they are attentive and very watchful and i liked that about the facility. They are also very friendly and have staff that live on site. Overall i give it a high rating its not a shady storage unit like the ones i was pricing, those were pretty sketchy and looked scary. The prices are decent and they have a military discount. I would definitely recommend.

It’s a nice facility. Been using it for a little under a year. Climate controlled. 2 levels. And available car storage. Although the roads are slim so if you got a big moving truck. You’re gonna be stuck. Price is fair and service is nice and friendly. There is always someone in the office during hours. They have a bathroom and plethora of dollies to help move things around. They even have lifts to get your stuff up to the 2^nd floor. I just don’t like the gate hours since they close it at
630 on weekdays. And like any other place if you’re inside when it locks, your stuck!
