TLC Manufactured Homes

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! We bought a re-​sale home and Evelyn, our dealer, was absolutely amazing! She made it her #1 goal to ensure the house was up to the highest standards when it came to the inspection and all repairs that needed to be made do to health/​safety hazards. She didn’t accept anything that was less than best from the inspector to the work done. She was always professional, thorough in her communication; answered all our questions, including answered EVERY phone call and you could hear the smile on her face! Chris, who handled all the escrow paperwork, was quick to be our go-​between the Lender, communicated by phone & email to us as quick as you can blink an eye! Every time my husband and I would call (which was a lot), who ever answered, was friendly & patient! This is THE ONLY company you want to buy your home from! The owner has integrity and a genuine desire to take care of her clients and all the staff she hires reflects her mission! Ask for Evelyn when you call, she won’t let you down!!!

We have been living in our new home for about 6 months now and we love it !!
When moving to Carlsbad for business, we never imagined moving to a manufactured home. It has been a terrific experience. After talking with Vicky, the owner of TLC, we were happy to discover that we could modify some of the design elements for a home to be built for us. We had several meetings to discuss our needs and what our options might be – from beginning to end we have been absolutely delighted with their customer service and follow through. Our home turned out just as we had imagined and we have been having fun adding the finishing touches; our friends are always amazed that «this is a manufactured home» !

Just a couple months ago my dad suggested moving into a manufactured home since we were looking to downsize. At first I was very reluctant since I was not impressed with most of the parks that he showed me. But after finding an open lot in a nice park with a brand new manufactured home in Poway, I was convinced.
Thanks to Mike at TLC, we were able to close escrow within a month. Mike was efficient and on top of all steps required to get the process done quickly. Even after closing escrow, Mike has followed up making sure we are satisfied with our new home.
Because of the reasonable price and the open floor layout appeal of the model unit that we chose, my dad’s sister is now looking into moving into a manufactured home in our same neighborhood. We of course referred her to Mike, who is now giving her the excellent professional customer service that he gave us.
I was never familiar with manufactured homes, but I have turned a corner with this move. The new units TLC have available are beautiful!

I discovered TLC after driving through a mobile home park and seeing one of their signs. I called to view a home for sale and was paired up with Mike. I wanted to see it asap so I could get the process started. Mike showed me the house the very next morning. I was a first time buyer and had no idea what I was doing. Throughout the whole process he was very helpful, and always looking out for my best interest. Will definitely be calling Mike again in the future.

We were 1^st time buyers, ready to buy a home and went with a manufactured home through TLC. Evelyn showed us 2 different homes in a family community park & we fell in love with the 1^st home. Was in our price range & loved the community. Process was real quick (within a month) after doing all the paperwork with Kris & it was ours! We love our home and where we live. TLC was amazing with customer service & being professional. Will refer anyone looking to buy a manufactured home to them.

On March 28 we listed our home with Evelyn at TLC MFG Homes, in Poway. She had an offer on it within 4 weeks. It closed escrow within another 6 weeks. I felt this went very quickly. I appreciated all she did to make this sale go thru without any problems. If we hadn’t already purchased a home before listing ours we would have had her find us our new home in Carlsbad, at the Lakeshore Gardens. This is a very nice park here and only ¼ mile walk to the beach. I would have never dreamed in Cali it was even possible to afford something so close to the beach. Try giving Evelyn a call and finding out what she can do for you to help you find your dream home! She will work very hard for you also! Ken was very friendly and helpful! I had made an appt with him to be shown some TLC homes in a local mobilehome park. Only thing is I would have liked to have been given pricing on some different models as they were displayed. Then a price list of the options available. (Like we were given at a subsequent dealer we visited afterward).
