Phoned in a order for 2 baked pizzas. Waited about 20 minutes then drove over to pick up our pizzas. When I get there she tells me it will be another 20 minutes. OK not a big deal so I go grocery shopping next door. I returned in 20 minutes and still no pizzas. Waited almost another 20 minutes so it took an hour to get 2 pizzas. Next time I’m calling papa johns

came into the Prescott location Saturday evening(4:37) and they were out of tea, bathrooms were so dirty, especially the men’s that we hated to even wash our hands. Then we saw the guy making the pizza go directly to the cash register and take an order and the customer’s money, then he went right back to making a pizza. Have they never heard of washing their hands? Don’t they know how dirty currency and bills are? We wouldn’t ever bother them again.

Ordered a take and bake pizza by phone. When we arrived to pick up the pizza it was cooked. The employee neglected to tell anyone the were out of the baking trays for take and bake pizzas. Not very good customer relations.

Love the gluten free option. Service with personality plus. Join in for luncheon specials as well. Mediterranean rocks with thin crust. Just try not to eat it all in one sitting. Quaint little eating area inside or out. Gotta love the atmosphere of worker bees. Fun to watch. Thanks guys

My wife and I have had takeout three times now, and the pizza is just not good! The crust in dry and very hard with no flavor. The staff members are great and very friendly, but the pizza is junk. So many more pizza restaurants in Prescott, that are so much better! I understand it’s a national/regional chain, but really come on! One really strange item, was when I went in to order my take and bake pizza(it’s close to our home) The lady in front of me ordered two large pizzas and two medium pizzas and her total was $ 18.50WOW! She said thanks so much for the discount, no coupons nothing. We I ordered a large, my bill was $ 14.95, she said she was a family friend.(Poor owner) is getting taken for a ride! You can never say that to a customer, even though I won’t be eating there again, because of the tasteless pizza. For what it’s worth, take a chance if you want, I just feel it’s bad…

The young man that took our order and the young man that delivered the food both were so sweet and very helpful! First time ordering at Nicks the pizza was ok nothing fancy, but highly recommend the garlic cheesy bread!

While out in Prescott, we stopped in to Nick-N-Willy’s for a bite to eat. We ordered the Family Size Caesar Salad, and a Large Cheese Pizza. Wow, what an experience. The surly disposition of the employee, started off the experience while ordering. Our salad, once served, was placed in a plastic container of lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Croutons, with packets of Caesar dressing. Terrible presentation. Our pizza, arrived 15 minutes later. The Pizza was bland, and tasteless. DiGiorno would have been better. I’m not sure I understand this restaurant. Several signs throughout mentioned a Lunch Buffett, though no Buffett was present nor was there space available. The Pizza oven, looked like something you’d find at a convenience store, that sold gas and pizza. Lot’s of signs posted explaining what would happen if you shared the buffet, or if you took advantage of the water glass, by consuming soda. All in all, a sub par experience. Will not be back.

Pizza was awesome! Their gluten free crust is the best I’ve had. I recommend the outback if you like white sauce. Ignore all reviews that say it’s not very good, its worth a try!

Awesome pizza! Can eat it there or take & bake or even just go pick it up. Had the Magellan, best pizza I’ve had in years!

This pizza is not bad, actually. It’s a tasty fluffy pizza — not NY style. You can order it parbaked or fully cooked.

Nick N’ Willy’s is located in the Fry’s grocery store strip mall, which located at the intersection of Willow Creek Road and Sandretto Drive. This particular franchise location is one of over 25 locations across the United States — with most located in Colorado. Nick N’ Willy’s prides itself in its«Take and Bake» pizza, in which one can purchase a yet to be baked pizza to bake at home… I recommend the Aegean pizza. The Aegean pizza is rather interesting, as its ingredients include the following: olive oil glaze, mozzarella, fresh garlic and spinach, marinated sun-dried tomatoes, feta-cheese, and oregano. The quality of crust is inconsistent — some days are better than others. Moreover, there is a bit of a mass-produced/preservative taste to the pizza. Pizza sizes are available in personal, medium, large, and family. Prices range from about $ 6(personal sized) to about $ 21(family sized). In addition to pizza — salad, chicken wings, garlic cheese bread, and cinnamon bites are also available. I have one service related complaint — about half the time, my pizza is not ready by the time I am promised. Other than that, the staff is very helpful. To conclude, pick Nick-N-Willy’s over Pizza Hut, Dominos, or Papa Johns. Additional Notes: — Dine-in seating is also available.

Great pizza! Friendly staff! I love the classic on thin crust with extra toppings. Bake it at home for the best taste.
