Primm Valley Lotto Store

Cute little store with TONS of scratcher dispensing machines (lots of scratchers I’ve never even seen in stores). We bought a stack but didn’t win much. Maybe next time we will have better luck!

They’ve a line going completely around the building, but there’s nobody waiting for any of the automated systems; just the window. But security won’t let anybody in that isn’t in line. So where as I could have gone in, bought tickets and been out in five minutes, because their management doesn’t have the foresight to make one line for the window, another for everything else, I didn’t bother waiting. Completely stupid.

The cashiers in here are RUDE! asked for change for a $ 100 bill and she gave me a hard time just to get change. Other than that the lottery ticket machines are pretty cool. You put your money in and press a button like your buying a soda out of a soda machine.

I Wish i could this place negative stars. They are so rude and disrespectful I went to go buy some tickets and I walked in at 743 … And the Asian lady working there says 2 min we close. Like okay let me just buy some scratchers that’s all … She didn’t wanna help me at all or give me change… And there was a white guy working there that was rude as well. They rushed me out didn’t let me buy anything ! I seriously don’t know how there still employees there. I wanted the Asian lady to break a bill And she wouldn’t like seriously your really not gonna give me change I drove 1 hour to get here with my family and she just did a face … It’s okay karma will get those employees for being so rude … I have never been treated like that, i work in costumer Service and If they worked were I worked they would be fired, don’t wast your time going there anytime after 7 pm because they are so rude.

WELCOME TO NEVADA! Seriously though lol there are folk from all walks of life here like myself seething at the opportunity to win a quick break ;) Since Nv. Does not do PowerBall SuperLotto plus etc. Out of staters flock by the droves to this location to purchase their CA lottery fixings thus making it a lucky store because so many darn tixs are purchased ;P Copies of all the massive winners on the wall, a testament to their store but geeze louise So many people when we stopped on on an early Sat. Afternoon on the way to Vegas. Easily 25 min. Wait to get up to the counter for a non machine quick pick. Line to the door snaked all the way to the front. After that struggle you walk over towards the exit where new gen machines line the wall and people are zombie like looking down not at cells but scratching their lives away (me right now lol) hopefully I’m you’re next big winner I will throw my own Unilocal Elite Event and everyone is invited ;P

Great service, was crazy for billion dollar powerball but they were organized and pretty quick.

Over three hours later I saw the inside of this place :)
Simple and somewhat efficient you will walk in the door and see cashiers straight in front of you. Along the wall to your right (and behind you) are automated scratch off machines and lotto machines.
This location is the closest location for Las Vegans to get lotto tickets, it’s only about a 45 minute drive. Turn past the gas station and keep driving past Carl’s Jr’s and it will be on the right hand side of the road.
When we started our adventure on Jan. 8^th, 2016 the line was equal to where Old Navy is. I brought a book and we were properly clothed. It gets windy!
They had people selling coffee outside for $ 2 and also had porta-​potties.
I wish they had people cleaning the area more, the lots where full of trash, their dumpsters where overflowing, the dirt area beside it was full of trash. Maybe they could have the paper lotto sheet lady collect trash. Because there where zero trash cans in sight.
Not going to stand in line again, but maybe when driving will stop in randomly again to get tickets. Maybe.

I’m always in and out of this place. But they do get extremely busy when a jackpot is high. Lines wrap around the building into the parking lot. Very nice staff. Now can I hit a jackpot… lol

One could stack pennies from the street to the top of the Empire State Building, select one penny and those are your odds of winning $ 1.5 Billion dollars tomorrow night.
Much more likely to be attacked by a shark or struck by lighting. The odds are 1 in 292 million or worse. It’s more for the fun of the once in a lifetime opportunity than anything else, as winning is extremely unlikely. Although there were a couple dozen secondary winners from this past Saturday night that won $ 1 million dollars each.
I got to the Lotto Store in Primm at 10am this morning after a 30 minute quick drive, and waited in line to get my winning ticket and out the door at 130pm…3.5 hours was a bit much of waiting in line, but it’s done and over… now the suspense and fantasies of what to do in the extremely unlikely chance of winning… drawing is tomorrow (Wed) night at 759pm…

Rosie’s Den/​Last Stop is about 20 minutes extra drive time, each way from Henderson… but one might get in/​out of line quicker due to less people in White Hills AZ; approx 28 miles into AZ from the state border.
Baker is a bit further into CA with 5 locations to purchase lotto tix, but am told by others that were in line today and this past Saturday that Primm is a nicer facility with more options…
This past Saturday and again today… the Primm Valley Lotto Store offered (for sale) bottled waters, coffee, hot dogs, and hot chocolate. Exceptionally clean porta-​potties delivered & serviced by A Company Portable Restrooms, a very nice convenience without having to leave more than 20 feet out of line.
Inside the building there were dozens of self pay kiosks to purchase Lotto tix, in addition to 10 tellers available for face to face purchase…$ 2 bucks per ticket!
ATMs available inside building, plenty of convenient parking outside the outlet mall, and several Primm Valley Resorts security to keep everybody orderly… definitely recommend to have cash on hand. No credit cards accepted for purchase.
Primm Valley Lotto Store was handled by staff impressively on Saturday and again this morning. Dress warm, it’s kinda chilly out there especially when the sun goes down.

Unilocal 100 REVIEW CHALLENGE 2016: #6

The line here gets crazy long when the powerball and super lotto jackpots get big. Right now the current jackpot is $ 900 Million and it seems like all of Vegas is here to buy tickets. There are 3 different news stations here and I think the winning ticket will be purchased here today. As of 4pm the line is over 4 hours long so anyone in the back will not be able to purchase tickets for tonight’s drawing.

Amazing, as if there isn’t enough gambling in Nevada, but supposedly they sell more lottery tics than any other vendor in CA. As we all know the lottery is a tax on people who don’t understand math… that said yes, this is the closest lottery tickets to LAS. It is sort of an event to go and stand in line with a hundred other people who are math challenged and pick up your ticket. As the jackpot gets larger the line gets longer. We stood in line over an hour once. All that said, people friendly and place easy to get to, just across the border.

We always see this on our drive in /​out of Vegas. On our recent trip we finally decided to stop in. You walk in and it’s just a long service counter. And in front of that ropes for a line like as if you’re waiting to get on a ride at Disneyland. To the right there are a handful of machines where you can buy scratchers.
Since we were there we bought a scratcher and sure enough we won… another scratcher that is! Then we thought we try our luck and give it another go and nope. Oh well! It was fun!

This place is constantly busy and for a first timer, it can be a bit overwhelming and intimidating. It’s like a casino with all the dollars being put in the Scratcher machines. Other customers are very focused on their luck so they are not very friendly to one another. The employees seem to enjoy their jobs probably because there is limited interaction with customers.
The store is at the south end of the outlets so it’s not a quick pull in and get your tickets kind of location. The parking lot sadly is littered with lottery papers, cigarette butts, doggie poo, and fast food wrappers which makes the excitement of possible wins a bit less bright.
As a California native, I find it a bit strange that I now have to drive to the state border to get lottery tickets, but when in Rome.

If you need your Lotto Tickets when you are in Vegas — this is the place to go…

Closest place to buy Mega Millions or Powerball tickets when you live in Vegas. Depending on how large the jackpot is, there can be long long lines.
Generally, you can be in and out in about 5 minutes.

This place was a cool stop but I am not much for spending money on chances. I kept winning $ 2 worth of tickets and they had a last call of 5 minutes so I was rushing! There were a lot of people there and everyone seemed to be having fun! My friend and I spent a combo of $ 15 bucks and enjoyed it for the thrill. Please don’t bring your children here though… And if you do control them.

Sometimes when the lottery jackpot gets huge, I just jaunt down there to Primm to get a ticket. Growing up in a state where lottery is sold at any grocery store or gas station, it was different to drive just across the border to buy them.
This lottery store is located past the outlet mall. They sell the major drawings and also California Scratch offs. They have vending style kiosks to buy tickets and as well as personnel behind their counter. When it’s a large jackpot you know by the long line wrapping around the building. At certain points it was a 2 hour wait. For me that’s just too long. That’s when I call home for someone to get extra tickets for me.
Otherwise it is what it is, a lottery store. Nothing fancy and you’re here for one thing — to win!

I believe this convenient stop for MEGA MILLIONS is pleasant, well organized and has a restroom. What more can you ask for if you want to buy tickets and you live in Las Vegas!

Having stopped here numerous times over the years, I have seen this little gem at the stateline evolve over time. Not only do they have a full compliment of cold beverages for your road trip, you have multiple ways of striking it rich.
Recently remodeled, there is virtually no waiting. They have both full serve and self serve for all of your lottery needs. I prefer the self serve, but needed an employee to answer a question. Very friendly was the employee and answered the question in swift fashion.
This is a definite «must do», whether traveling in and out of Cali or just spending some time in Primm. Just think of what one dollar could potentially do for you!

This place was just crazy! We planned on stopping at the outlets over there and we so happened saw this big sign that said Lotto Store, being the big scratcher player that I am I had to stop and see what this places was all about. Walking in was kind of crazy and awkward, there were tons of people here most them waiting in line ti purchase super lotto and mega millions tickets. I was shocked to see so many scratcher machines but most of them were out of the good ones and it’s like people were racing and pushing to get to the machines first. Stopping here on the way to Vegas was a huge mistake, stayed in there for over an hour and spent well over $ 100 and didn’t win a thing but it was fun lol.
