Pizza is good. Pasta not so much. Service is iffy. We’ve been going here for about five years and service isn’t consistent. We stick to pizza — which we enjoy and generally just go with the flow regarding service. It isn’t awful, but isn’t great.

Their gluten free pizza’s are wonderful! And they do a nice side salad as well! Love the BYOB and it’s easy if you have kids! This is a no fuss spot for the family. Everything is fresh and made to order so it takes a little time but worth the wait!

Visited today. Had a salad and Pizza. The font windows have been cleaned but still the place is neglected. The food is good but I wonder how clean the kitchen is.

We get takeout from here quite often. At least once every two weeks sometimes twice in one week. In any event, there always seems to be some issue. Tonight I ordered a medium pizza and two salads. I was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes to prepare my order meanwhile five kids working behind the counter stood around staring at their cell phone’s. When finally after 20 minutes, one walked over to the top of the oven, pull down a pizza box, and said here’s your order. Apparently my pizza had been done for about seven minutes. We have so few restaurant options in our area, it’s very disappointing when those options are subpar. Palios has pretty good food but the service is so hit and miss.

Great pizza and friendly staff. One of our favorite spots to eat at on weekend nights. Love the fact it’s BYOB too!

We just moved in Celina, literally no furniture, plates, utensils, etc… found out that Papa Johns do not deliver. Since the choice for pizza delivery is Pizza Hut or this place, I figured I’ll try them. When I placed the order, I told them we need 6 plates and forks. We ordered Xtra large pizza and Alfredo Pene pasta. We didn’t wait long for the food to arrive. When my husband gave me the food, I asked where are the plates, napkins and fork. Call the person delivered and he said he will come back for them but I need to call the restaurant to let them know. Call the restaurant spoke to a girl told her about the situation she asked who I spoke to I told her I don’t know shouldn’t be on the receipt then she said we don’t have any plates and then I asked you don’t give forks to people who order pasta she says we do but we are already closed for delivery. Now tell me how the heck are we going to eat the pasta? I guess we will have to eat without fingers. I can’t believe a restaurant /café do not have any paper plates unbelievable. This is why I’m giving them 1 star.

Love the veggies pizza here. I like that you can BYOB. I hate the square cut pizza, so I always specify regular cut. More often than not, they always mess up, even after emphasizing the triangle cut preference. They always apologize and offer a new immediately, but I don’t like to wait again, so I eat it. They do delivery, but they never get the cut right, so I stopped ordering delivery.

One of my favorite restaurants. Good food, good price and relatively quick! I like the Hawaiian sunrise and usually share a cannoli with the wife. Chicken il Palio pasta is great and my wife likes their tomato soup. I love BYOB, as I can bring a bottle of wine and keep the evening cheap.

Been here a few times and I never been unsatisfied with it! The pizza there is great and so is the pastas and salads, the best part about it is they have really fast delivery. 10⁄10

The seating is fast and the food is fast. Defiantly not the BEST pizza but at the same time not the WORST pizza. Many many many drink options to choose from. You’re looking at a 30 – 45 minute meal

Good Pizza. Pasta is okay. We like that they have delivery. It is a nice change from mega-chain pizza. UPDATE –Had pasta last night and it was great.

We are new to the area and wanted to try a pizza place we weren’t familiar with. Palios was the first on Google so we tried it! Excellent pizza. Do wish we would have known how thin the crust was, so we would have ordered more, but overall… great pizza!

Tried them today. I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich lunch combo. My husband had the small lunch pizza combo. Both were excellent. I will definitely be ordering pizzas to go from here versus getting chain store delivered. Worth the drive to get something good.

Love the variety of options for my picky family, two repeat favorites: meatball sub and any calzone. Don’t forget a cannoli at the end! Very nice décor, relaxing and friendly.

We used to love this place, but lately the quality has really been slacking. Ordered a small Hawaiian Sunrise pizza, usually my favorite, and it was soggy. I like thin, cracker crisp crust and theirs used to be like that. Not anymore. The last few times we’ve ordered, it took an hour to get our food, and the food wasn’t even warm. Not sure we’ll order here anymore. Just can’t do it.

Meh, nothing special. I’ve been here twice since moving to Prosper in 2011 once was take out pizza and the other was dine for pasta. Just didn’t seem to find anything that would keep me coming back. Sauce was plain and lacked flavor.

Eh, mixed feelings about this place. Although I think it is this particular location that I have issues with because I like Palio’s pizza in general — thin crust, offers a wheat crust option and typically tastes good. However, during our last two visits to this particular location the pizza didn’t come home hot, in fact not even warm. Boo. During our most recent pick-up we ordered a classic pizza and mozzarella sticks — both stone cold when we picked them up. We were told 25 minutes on the line and arrived within 15⁄20 minutes. Thankfully we have a pizza stone at home so reheating these types of items is usually fine, but um, we shouldn’t have to reheat our freshly picked up order. The McKinney location is a few miles further for us, and our pizza has never been cold when we arrive home. I guess it will be best for us to drive further to ensure we are getting hot take home pizza. 4 stars for the pizza assuming its warm and 2 stars for the Prosper location on the account of the food being cold.

Poor Service, Slow Service. Ordered Pizza with Italian Sausage, after 15 minutes I asked what was taking so long? The guy says that they had to thaw out the sausage by placing it in the microwave, it was frozen. This is a PIZZAPLACE, were they not expecting anyone to order Italian sausage. After confirming my order(toppings) at the counter twice, I get home & the pizzas were still wrong. I wont be going back there ever again. Ain’t nobody got time for that!

Palio’s is ok. The service is great. The people who work there are nice. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can almost always find a seat. The food however is «ok»… Wish I could say better :(
