Papa John’s Pizza

Good, solid, consistent pizza each and every time. Service varies based on the staff, most of which are high school kids. Try the wings too, not bad for a pizza joint.

Third time ordering from this location. If we do delivery, we order from the Mckinney location, but from time to time if we need to run to Walmart, we stop at this one since it’s right near it.
I’m not sure if it’s this location’s online ordering or what, but twice now our order has been «lost» despite having an emailed confirmation. Tonight, just to make sure, we even called to confirm (what’s the point of online ordering then!) and they said it came through. We get there and there’s no order; apparently a delivery driver must have taken it they said. I get mistakes happen, but the first time we ordered the pizza was wrong. The second time they said the order didn’t come through and the third time it disappeared.
Two stars because they did refund this time and give us a pizza on the house, but this will be our last time with this location.

For delivery Papa J is the best around. Friendly driver, quick delivery and always hot.

Pizza is good if you don’t order the thin crust. I though the thin crust was the worse pizza. Delivery was very fast but the driver did forget my cheese sauces that I ordered.

Just ordered a couple pizzas. Didn’t catch the name of the employee who answered but she was on it. Fastest ordering process I’ve ever had calling a pizza place. Great delivering process!

Lol, I have no idea what went wrong with these other guys’ reviews, but there was not a thing wrong with my order. I order a medium pepperoni and half sausage pizza and the chicken bites for my sister and I. I made a special request for the guy to call when he arrived (because I couldn’t let him through the apartment gate, and he did and was here within twenty minutes, which isn’t that long, just try and stay entertained while you wait and the wait won’t feel so lengthy :) Also, another review stated that I hardly ever answer or their line was busy, I was barely even on hold before the guy picked up. Keep up the good work!

Worst delivery pizza place I have ever seen. I switch between Pizza Hut, papa johns, dominos etc. Just moving to Prosper tried out papa johns and my food never arrived. After 45 minutes I called and some teenager left me on hold for 10 minutes just to tell me it should be there within 10 more minutes. 20 minutes later I called again and spoke with a second what seemed to be teenager and they placed me on hold for another 10 minutes to tell me they messed up and forgot my order. I asked for the manager and all they could tell me was her name was Katherine and she was not working on this particular Friday night. I cancelled my order and let the young girl (who never apologized) know how ridiculous this was. About 30 minutes later my doorbell rings and a guy standing there trying to give me food that I cancelled. Completely inappropriate and terrible business. I did not accept the food as I ordered other pizza from Pizza Hut in prosper. Do not order from this poorly ran location.

Ordered online for delivery and coming up on two hours now with no pizza. Tried calling a bunch of times but the line is always busy. Never again.

This location is the pits. We have ordered pizza and breadsticks for delivery a handful of times and shame on us for having done it several times. We use the online ordering and thank goodness we do because trying to get someone to answer the phone is a job in itself. The last time I did call (only because I had to change something) I waited on hold for 15 minutes. WTF is that?
–Breadsticks are always undercooked
–Crust on the pizza is sometimes a little to done
–Skimpy on the toppings
Do yourself a favor. Don’t waste your time with this location.
