Kim whom said she was the «General Manager» was extremely rude and looked as if she was bothered when we came to pick our order up for carryout. Pizza Hut needs to revamp their management training bc this little girl (I say little girl bc that’s how she acted) displayed not only piss poor management skills but piss poor customer service as well. My wife and I have already found the district manager’s information and will be going further up the corporate ladder to report this overall experience. Well done, Kim. Well done.

They got two things wrong on my order and sounded annoyed that I wanted them to correct it. Manger (Kim) was very rude. Never apologized. One of the issues was that the cheese sticks were uncut and when I told her she said «they’re precut so look again.» Had to tell her nope, it’s just one big floppy square. Again, no apology. She sounded annoyed that I even called. Might be time to restaff. Good customer service isn’t rocket science.

The pizza is ok? The manager checked me out and is very rude! Honestly they have the worst people working there, except a young man who was sweet the last time I went. As soon as you walk in there, the vibe seems tense, everyone working there seems bothered to have to be working, or bothered someone ordered food, meaning they would have to work. Anyways probably not going there again, until they change managers, or they change their attitude.

I agree with the previous reviews. The pizza is extremely lame, not at all what I’m used to from multiple previous Pizza Hut experiences in other locations. The toppings are beyond skimpy. And the customer service is quite lacking. I’m not thrilled with the hiked delivery fee so I tend to pick up on my way home from work.

Loved it when they opened-​great to have pizza delivery so close to home. Lately, the pies have been lame and now there’s a whopping $ 3.50 delivery charge??? Now, to be fair, I should have posted when they were great. That said, I still really love their wings-​Buffalo Burnin’ Hot!
Still…$ 3.50 for delivery? Poor delivery guy-​that really cuts into his tips.
