Very nice wines, really lovely couple. They shared enormous amounts of information about their personal journey and experiences. Both UC Davis trained. Great overall experience!

Chinook Winery is in a small house/​tasting room in Prosser. A beautiful 9-​year-​old golden retriever named Copper was snoozing on the floor inside. It was the end of a long wine-​tasting day so just a few people who seemed to be friends of the winery owners were hanging out and chatting which made it very easy to join into the conversation. While we were there, we tasted the Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Cab Franc, and Dahlia Red Table Wine. The Sauv Blanc was a delicious white, so crisp and flavorful. Cab Franc is one of my favorite grapes right now, and theirs was quite smooth with gorgeous flavor. We left in good spirits with a few bottles of the Cab Franc. And we’ll be ordering the Dahlia Red next time we dine at Dahlia Lounge.
