5th time by here to pick up shoes. She can’t find left one!!! Odd hrs., nearly impossible to shop here. Never open(practically.) Lost my info twice. Don’t take this place seriously. Buy it if you see it on-the-spot. Or else forget it!

You can find amazing things in here– a Pringle of Scotland cashmere sweater for $ 40, a vintage Vera Wang cocktail dress, some really lovely high-end couture(behind the counter). But, it IS pricey. This isn’t the place to go into with a $ 20 and a prayer. There isn’t a markdown system, either, so you can eye the same overpriced thing for months. My guess is that it is really not aimed at the young, hip, student crowd– its for older ladies with taste and money. The owner is very nice, very friendly, and clearly loves her little business. Here is not where you will find of-the-minute, this-season fashion, it is where you will find unique and expensive classics, if you are willing to look.

The previous reviewer must have thought she was walking into Neiman Marcus. This is a great consignment shop for all kinds of women’s upscale gently used clothing. I’ve been a customer for many years, buying and selling. The owner doesn’t accept everything I bring to her as she has a very high standard in the store. Don’t hesitate to check it out.

Skip the second act and leave during intermission. Shopping here in July consist of wooly sweaters and old lady velour pant suits that didn’t sell during the winter months. The owner has no system of markdown — hence the GAP sweater that costs more on consignment then it did new. The hours of this place also make it impossible to frequent. It’s a 9 – 5 schedule, closed Sunday/Monday, so good luck shopping if you have a job. Too bad, considering the display window artfully presents such promise.
