My tuna melt was covered in crusty black particles which I think were the burned remains of some previous sandwich from the panini press. I ordered a soy latte and was given a whole milk latte that was mediocre at best. The woman who took our order was so socially awkward she completely unnerved me and my friend. At one point she walked away from me while I was talking and stood with her back to me, watching her coworker make my sandwich. When she returned to the counter she stared at me silently until I said something. Then she skipped over my friend and asked the guy behind her for his order after my friend had been patiently and politely waiting for several drawn out minutes of awkwardness. It was bizarre.

The cappuccino I got was plain coffee with a little bit of plain milk and a very small cup! It was so bitter and disappointing. The bagel was small. For the price and lack of quality and small size, this café is not worth it. Better going to Dunkin, Starbucks or another café! I am very disappointed and had to throw out my cappuccino; I hate wasting money. I do not recommended is café.

Cute café located in the down city arts district. A small business owned by a friendly young woman. Local artwork displayed on walls, board games, comfy sofas, and large plants. Coffee discounts offered to writers and artists who are working on their projects while in the café. The wraps are huge, more meat than most, and reasonably priced. I favor the JWU, and my husband loves the Federal. Not a cookie cutter café.

Stopped in here for a cold iced tea on a hot day! Yum! Great atmosphere, right in downtown. Quiet, relaxing and spacious.

This is just what providence needed. It has always been filled with pizza and fast food or chain businesses. The café is a reason to keep you from choosing to stay home or heading right home after work. Enjoying downtown providence in a cool environment is awesome. Everyone is in a routine work, sleep, ect .café providence will make ur day a little bit cooler and more fun. Im not a student i would never squeeze in Starbucks to focus, we have enough of those businesses in PVD. Give it a shot, stop by there hang out and spend some more time enjoying the cool city we live in. PS Im Trying to convince the owner to get a jumbo Jenga set up. These shops are what make providence such a special unique city. Support small business support local!

The two sandwiches I have had from here were just«ok» They looked great but fell a bit short on taste. A bit bland for my liking. I will say that they arrived quicker than we were told and they were still very warm. So I can’t say it was all bad.

«Eh» is all I have to say. Sandwiches are«eh» and kinda overpriced for what you’re getting. Consider lowering the prices or changing the menu items perhaps?

I’m a sucker for small businesses, and this place has it all! A friendly chatty owner, delicious homemade bakery items that rotate with the owners mood for the day, great sandwiches, and smoothies. My new favorite breakfast/lunch spot!
