Terrible. The food was oily, also when I ordered my food the woman asked me «what kind of sauce» which to me indicated that the sauce came with it, but instead charged me an extra dollar for a dip and my food came up to 10.20 instead of 7.95 that I ordered. I don’t understand how you wouldn’t tell someone that the order has an extra price and«hey, that’s going to be extra, is that okay»? Is that rally hard to say. I’m annoyed, I don’t get why I payed 10.20 for chicken tenders.

One of the worst delivery that I got as if I was waiting for a free pizza… That delivery guy didn’t want to get down off the car… Pizza is good but service is totally bad… Never try it

Horrible! I order buffalo chicken tenders for delivery and they brought me the wrong order and weren’t trying to come back and fix it. So the guys tells me they will give me a credit for the the order so next time I call it’s on them. So I call and they guy only puts 2 dollars off the next order when I spent 15 on those damn tenders! Very upsetting never ordering from there again and I’m making sure all my friends never order from there as well!!!

I only go here because It is convenient to JWU, however the slices of pizza are ½ the size of anywhere else if you would go to Federal Hill. If you don’t have cash it’s like 1.00 more for the food… today I paid close to 4.00 for a small slice of pizza.

Prime location, ok prices, well lit. menu looked alright. Salon’s kitchen was closed, so friends and I headed down for a quick bite. They were smart and got the greasy pizza slices to go. I opted for the falafel and chicken wrap. Took a little longer than I was expecting, because the place was essentially dead. By the time I got my wrap, my friends had finished their slices, and one had grabbed a second and had finished that. It was well wrapped. I took it back to the club. Dry, tasteless and room temp — it was only serving to make me thirsty, and I was well-dehydrated by that point. I threw out I am not picky nor a food snob. I know what I was getting into. For 9 bucks(8ish after tax plus tip), I could have gone to Haven Bros. down the road, gotten something hot, fast, and flavorful. Staff seemed to respond well to just grabbing slices — though my thank you when I received the sandwich didn’t seem to register. Maybe this place is better for drunken midnight greasy pizza, but stick to East Side Pockets for your falafel fix and Haven Bros. for literally anything else late night in that area/price range.

The food is pretty cheap. The service is good, and there’s a decently large seating area, but the food is high school cafeteria quality. I mean, for a quick meal is works, but if you’re looking for a solid pizza this probably isn’t the place to go. Very low cost, but you pay for what you get.

My brother and I stopped in here for a quick lunch while we were in the city. The service was prompt and friendly. We split a small steak bomb pizza which was excellent and at a fair price. For the pizza which was loaded up with steak, peppers, onions and mushrooms and two drinks we paid ~$ 15. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

This place is a joke! They tried to charge me more $ then what was listed, I got my grinder with one piece of meat! I paid 7.+ for a small turkey and got more lettuce and tomato than anything

Went here with a friend after a little drinking and walking around around the city. We walked in not knowing it was about to be closing time. The one person at the counter was not a people person and neither was the guy who was in and out of the back helping her. They hardly acknowledged our existence, didn’t listen very well, and we’re slow as molasses. They appeared crabby and like they hated their jobs and their lives. They didn’t take a full order at once, instead asking what we wanted for food and walkin away before we could finish adding drinks to our order. The man next to us was also being rushed, I could tell because he clearly said he wanted two of something, multiple times I believe, and the man still only came back with one. They didn’t speak much, it was like trying to communicate with grumpy, judgmental cavemen who didn’t smile because they were afraid it’d crack their face. We payed for our food and sat down, still not realizing it was almost closing time. We sat for about fifteen minutes max if I had to take an educated guess. We were just chatting and we were the only ones in the restaurant and the lights flicker like we’re in a club. We look over and the girl is staring and not saying anything. After exchanging confused looks with my friend we asked if they were trying to close to which they replied«yes.» They didn’t even have the decency to quickly let us know«hey we’re going to be closing in a few.» They just flickered the lights and stared. We were maybe ten feet away from the counter at the very most. All they had to do was open their mouthes and speak. Not to mention, the pizza tasted like cardboard. Yuck. I’ve never been able to say that somewhere was the worst place I’ve ever been to, but I think I feel comfortable saying that about this place. After having been in customer service like most people, I can honestly say it’s not that hard to be upbeat and polite and kind instead of neanderthals like the people working here. It never mattered what mood I was in, I never let it affect how I treated my customers. I surely will not be back to this place.

All I ever buy is a small pizza. Always good. Cheap. it. Fast, good pizza. Did I mention it’s spitting distance from my place so there’s that. Oh yeah, they’re nice people. That goes a long way with me. Okay so now I’m off to pick up my usual small bacon and onion pie. Don’t knock it til you try it ‼

I tell you what, for a quick, inexpensive lunch downtown, you just can’t beat this place. Two slices of hot cheese pizza, and a soda, all for about $ 4.85, tax included. Nothing fancy, just nice clean tables with a very friendly staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and my stomach AND my wallet, were both very grateful!

Was an early for my PPAC show so I stopped in here. $ 5 for 2 slices and a soda and they had me hooked. I see a lot of bad reviews, but I didn’t have any issues. Food and service was fine. I’ll be back anytime I go to PPAC.

Went here with a friend after a night out of drinking. It was around 2am when we arrived but a bit before the bars closed so it wasn’t very crowded. We were pretty hungry so we decided to split a large pepperoni pizza. I can’t recall how long it took, but it seemed like it came out in a good amount of time. The pizza itself was nothing special, but it was decent enough and definitely enough to satisfy two drunk men. The prices were good as well. Not a bad place for a bite after some drinking.

Was convenient to our hotel. Great cheese and pepperoni! Pasta was ok and salad was jan packed! Online ordering available and fast delivery. Not too shabby. If we come back to providence I think we would return for the pizza. Nothing fancy, just good pizza.

I do not recommend this place at all. Rude service. Expensive prices. Not good food. I ordered a small mozzarella sticks and a soda came out to 10 dollars Wtf anyway the sticks were gross I think they just took cheese sticks and threw them into a fryer.

This is not a review of their food as I had none. I went in to order one slice of pizza. Whoever was taking orders, presumably the owner rang me up and gave me a total. Upon presenting my debit card he quickly gave another total and swiped my card. I asked what the extra charge was for and he said for using my DEBIT card. I asked for a refund and thats where things went downhill. He says, «who uses a card for one slice of pizza» extremely rudwly. Now I mad, he continues to ask if I am student and I tell him it’s none of his business and I want a refund. Apparently if you’re a student you’re lower class. At that point i tell him I want a fucking refund and he tells me to shut the fuck up. Seriously? Should have minded his own business and issued a refund. Unbelievable. Never have I been treated so poorly. I would actively deter people from ever stepping foot in this establishment.
