Dave and Busters is a pretty fun arcade, for kids or adults. I’ve come here quite a few times and even had a birthday party here one year. They have a private room for parties, which is fun! You get away from the noise and crowds while you enjoy food and company before playing games. When you walk in, you can either be seated at a table or bar for food and drinks. Or, purchase a game card with«tokens» on it to play games. They usually have a deal with dinner and game cards too. There are a couple of bars as well. There’s also an area with TVs and pool tables! There are many different games to play, and they rotate some out every so often with new ones. They also usually offer 4 free games to try out!(Just the first game is free). It varies, but they’re usually newer games. Tonight they had a Star Wars Pods game that was free. It was so much fun though, we played many games of it, not caring how many points we used! I’m pretty sure I could have played that one game alone, all night. Definitely a fun night out for either fun with the family, or letting your inner kid out with friends!

Not the most pleasant experiences. The first time I ever can here, the waitress spilt a drink on my father. Second time I come, it’s like chickens running around with their heads off. No one seemed to know anything in there. The waitress, while pleasant and attentive, didn’t know some of the drinks we were asking for. None of the staff knew how to use the charger app by Dave and Busters. When I went to the front desk to get a game card I accidentally used the wrong coupon and kept asking the woman to give me back my phone, but she kept asking questions instead, I knew what was wrong and she refused to let me fix it. I asked a question about the app and she offered no assistance, just told me that she had no idea. When I ended up having to cancel my purchase she made a very big fuss about how she couldn’t do it. I feel like I hardly bought/did anything and still spent $ 50. I don’t plan to ever go back.

We were there at 5 pm and the place was empty. We were the only table seated in our area. It took a while for the waitress to get to us and take our order. We did order finally but the waitress seemed preoccupied and uninterested. I ordered a steak medium rare. I also ordered some steamed broccoli for my daughter. After quite a long time, the food arrived. The broccoli had butter on it so we had to ask for another order. The mac and cheese for the kids was cold and obviously Kraft out of the box. My medium rare steak was jumping off the plate it was so rare… and it was bloody! I had to send it back. The manager(or one of them) came out to apologize about the steak and gave us a game card to play some games(30 points didn’t really get a lot of games, though). The steak came back out, however, it was the same steak with my same sides(which I’d already started to eat and they were cold!). And the steak was covered again in marsala cream sauce. It was cooked ok, but just seemed weird to get the same steak back. My friends ordered 2 desserts. It took about 30 minutes for those to come out so another manager came out to apologize. He said there was a big party so the kitchen staff was busy preparing for that. Um, there was not a big party there when we sat down and they only arrived as we were finishing our meal. This manager gave some game cards for the ‘blue’ games that don’t accumulate points. There was many 3 whole games in the place that even took those cards so the two little girls with us didn’t have much choice. Again, manager apologized. When we wanted to pay, we had to flag down the first manager to get our money. They didn’t charge for the desserts, but charged for the first order of broccoli! Very, very bad service and the food was meh… never again.

If you’re going for beer and games it’s a great place. If you want food and mixed drinks… there are better options in walking distance.

This is a beautiful sports bar within the arcade. I was surprised the noise level wasn’t too loud, seeing machines were behind us with people playing the night away. The bar was pretty busy on a Monday night too, which shocked me. If you’re gonna order drinks here, stick with the specialty ones offered on the menu. Reason being: they’re larger, clearly the specialty thing to get at this bar, and worth it compared to a standard vodka soda. I paid $ 19 and change before tip for three vodka sodas. Seemed like $ 6 a drink was pretty cheap compared to some of the places I’ve been to. The catch: drinks are served in a 4 oz glass. Pathetic. As for appetizers: the calamari was decent and nachos pretty good. There seemed to be a good amount of the octopus at first glance. But they fooled you by placing the calamari on a bed of crispy onions, which gave the illusion of more octopus. Mountain O’ Nachos were a different story. It easily filled three people and were pretty good. A big portion and well worth it compared to the first appetizer.

My kids are big fans of The Cheesecake Factory. While there was over an hour wait, we decided to go to Dave and Busters for appetizers. It was super busy and we chose a high table near the game area. We chose two appetizers, the grilled cheese slices, and pretzel bites. Both were good. Mixed drinks ie Margherita was pretty weak, but this was expected. It’s a Game Place. It is what it is.

Love this place! Went to dinner then strolled up here to play some games with the wife! Get our competitive juices flowing… And I must say what a great time! The bar and staff in the arcade were amazing! Super fast and super friendly they kept me liquored up in between games! We split $ 40 worth of tokens(250) and it lasted an hour and a half. Where can you have constant entertainment for $ 40 bucks a couple over an hour these days?!? We had a blast! Felt like a kid again playing air hockey and skeeball! We left with some cool prizes too for our efforts. Will be back every couple months love this spot!

Fun place to go all year round. It brings out the kid in all of us. You have many seating options for the grown ups. I suggest their burgers.

Made some nice changes here in the game area along with how there are no more tickets spit out. They automatically add them to your card so no more carrying around those dang tickets lol. Little more open space as well and bar was redone as well. Food is just average at best not great and long lasting and not the bottom either. Service is fine and friendly and curtious. Plenty of tvs around so can’t miss anything, lines can be long to get in if you don’t have a card so be prepared for that.

Girlfriend and I met up with some of her co-workers for dinner, drinks and some games. Its been awhile since I’ve been to this place. I guess they did a pretty decent job renovating making it look more of a sports bar than a place where young preteens mix with adults in the game area«they should have a cut off time for the preteens» anyways, back to what I was doing… Bar area is pretty nice now with plenty of flat screens from medium size to very large(over 60″) screens to watch the game on. Bartenders are pretty quick and nice very attentive to your needs. Drinks, yea… typical… nothing great but nothing strong unless your going to take a shot. Food, I ordered the Peppercorn New York Strip medium rare with garlic potato and crispy frazzled onions.” don’t order it unless you like a cup of salt poured over the steak… Really… tasted like salt salt salt… Girlfriend had the The Hottie burger ” topped with pickled diced jalapeños, grilled fresh jalapeño and poblano peppers, spicy queso, applewood smoked bacon, Manchego and cheddar cheeses, and Sriracha mayo. Served on a toasted brioche bun with seasoned french fries” 2 stars since the fries were actually pretty good. Could I of stayed home and made myself one or saved on gas and miles and time about 45 min from me ALLYESYESYESYES! Worth the trip again??? NONONO… They have one in Braintree MA15 min away from home but there’s a reason why I don’t go there unless it’s just for the video games and entertainment but I can do that at home too… So if you want to relax and walk around the mall then have a bit of fun playing some video games while you down some drinks then yes, not bad of a place to do it… If your here for the food… Go down to the food court and save yourself some money.

I had the salmon with rice and spinach. The salmon was done just right. I’m not a big fan of franchise restaurant food but I was impressed. Joe was happy because the meal came with video points.

Typical Dave and Busters. Staff were friendly and responsive, even when clearly in a rush to attend to this or that for some other customer. I was party to a large party that booked a room there. The group ordered buffet type food(not sure on the price because I didn’t pay for myself). The food was decent. It was roasted half chicken, mixed veggies, macaroni, and chips and salsa. I’d give the effort on food a firm C+. The game machines all seemed to be functioning fine. The gift/redemption shop was well staffed, so, even though the lines looked long, they moved surprisingly fast. Bathrooms were clean and well ventilated. Would definitely return. TIPS: Park as near as possible to Macy’s, because that’s the wing of the structure nearest the entry. They’re just above the food court.

I am not much of a video game player. They have remodeled since the last time I was in. The drinks are interesting and professionally served. Just a bit expensive for what you get. The food I sampled was ok… no great event there. Good for kids parties I would say.

If you are looking for gourmet food, a lively bar atmosphere filled with singles and a kick-ass draft list you are in the wrong restaurant. This is a family friendly arcade with a similar menu as every other American chain restaurant and a loud, bright sports-themed vibe. Recognize it for what it is, and you won’t be disappointed. As someone who’s been to quite a few D&Bs, this one is my favorite. The machines are almost all working, all the time. They have some retro games, carnival games, 3D games, gambling(G-rated) games, classics, etc. The prizes for grown ups aren’t bad– board games, glassware, headphones, even a wine fridge. I always take home something. I ate here for the first time yesterday. It wasn’t bad. I wasn’t expecting much, to be honest. I ordered the steak salad, which was better than I hoped for, and before that, my group of 9 split some appetizers. The mini hotdogs in pretzel buns were my favorite – salty and delicious. My margaritas were okay– not very strong but tasty. Our waiter was awesome. I should also mention we expected a 45 minute wait which ended up closer to 20 minutes. Well done D&B!

I hadn’t been to D&B since a friend turned 21(so over 10 years ago…) and was pleasantly surprised at its appearance and food/beverage offerings. The menu is mostly inventive, not healthy, pub food, but hell everyone needs to splurge every now and then. They did offer a skinny margarita which I got, and a variety of salads, so there are a few healthy options. My husband got hot dogs wrapped in pretzel dough though and they were pretty good. We went on a Friday during the day so it was pretty dead. They have a TON of games, way more than I had remembered and we had a blast. For us, it’s maybe a once a year type of place though. You can drop some serious cash on the game cards and come on, we’re not gonna have enough tickets to ever get anything nicer than erasers and funky pens. But it is a blast and a great way to break up the monotony of just dinner and drinks.

Went here to play pool but they don’t have those pool tables any longer… it’s been a while. We sat at the bar and the bartender was so attentive, he suggested the calamari which was amazing! Who would have thought… the chicken quesadilla was just average. Asked how the sangria was and the bartender said ‘I will make it great’ and that he did! So Dave and busters for sangria and calamari… just amazes me. Going into the game area was a blast, makes you feel like a kid again. I think it was wise that we showed up late on Sunday night bc the game room was full of adults! Definitely a great date night place!
