I’m not a huge fan of dunkin donuts in general but for a quick coffee it’s okay. This one in particular is my favorite because of the great staff. Every time I’ve been through the drive through they have been extremely sweet and call me sweetie, honey, love etc. and not in a condescending way. They have never gotten my order wrong or taken too long with orders.

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts ever known to man.
This is the DD location that has made me swear off their product for the rest of my life. I too have never ONCE had my order made correctly at this location. When I recently informed the clerk I had been given strawberry cream cheese instead of the chive I ordered (the only item on my order– a bagel with cream cheese), she tossed a chive cc on the counter, looks at the tweedle-dumb in a visor next to her, and says
«Look at this one with the attitude».
I too hope this place burns to the ground.

This Dunkin is admittedly not the largest or cleanest, but it is ideally located by the freeway with a convenient drive-thru.
There is also a friendly woman who works here that calls me honey, which I kind of love. My boyfriend and I have time and again stopped at this location before a road trip.
And as a west coaster who is used to more sweet, moist donuts, I admittedly don’t love Dunkin’s dry donuts. But I do love their iced coffee! It’s cheap and fairly okay quality.

I promise I am not a Dunkin Doughnut addict, but merely a child of convenience. I stopped into this location today after my workout for a quick coffee but ended up in a wait from Hell. I think the cashier was new and I wish they had someone helping her at the register or she had taken the initiative and asked for help more often. Ordering took forever!
The person making the coffee though was smiling. She was pleasant so I can tell they do provide good service, I just think it needs some polishing.
