I didn’t plan to write a review because this is a coffee shop inside of a mall, and, well, it’s not really my thing. But I have to say in terms of coffee shops inside malls, they deserve a solid five(FIVE) stars. In terms of the whole world of coffee shops, however, I give them three. But here’s why I’m reviewing it at all. Barista Dan is the man. He found out I was a hot chocolate fan(rhyme!) and told me to try their hot chocolate with coconut milk. Two things: 1. THEYHAVECOCONUTMILKHERE. 2. HEWASSO(oooo) RIGHT. I learned that when made properly, that is, when milk is not overheated, coconut milk hot chocolate tastes like a melted macaroon, and that equates to «heavenly.» So really, Dan gets five stars. Plus, free wifi in the mall and tables near the Ebar in which to write Unilocal reviews. Hooray!

In a mall full of coffee options I always choose the Ebar above the others. I am always happy to grab my caffeine fix here! The staff are always prompt & friendly, sometimes the line may look long but I am usually in & out in under five minutes(you wait that long at Starbucks just to place your order). Skip starbucks and grab your fix here!

I stop here on the way to my office across the street from the mall and the people that work here are awesome! It’s to the point where they have my order ready before I even get to the register.

I tried EBar for the first time today and it was alot better then I expected. I got a medium mocha ice storm(which is a frozen coffee) with a shot of espresso and it was so damn good. I think this drink was better then Starbucks frappacino which is hard to beat. The workers were really nice and the drink was made pretty quickly. The price was a little high but it was worth it so I would definitely go here again :)

I love Nordstrom EBar’s mixed coffee drinks. There are a lot of good options, they’re reasonably priced, and on the whole they’re more generously portioned for what you pay than Starbucks drinks. My favorite is the mocha banana«ice storm» — a decadent, chocolatey cold drink with far less ice taking up the cup than you get with a frappuccino, and filling because of the banana. Yum. The only time I was ever disappointed here was once when I ordered a latté of some kind, and all the syrup was at the bottom instead of mixed throughout. So at the end of my drink(which hadn’t tasted like the flavor I ordered) I suddenly got a mouthful of syrup. Ooops. But that only happened once, and I’ve gotten better lattés there since then. This particular location is well placed in the mall. You can grab a drink to go and walk, or people watch from their nice seating area, which has always been kept clean in my experience. Why anyone would go to Dunkin’ on the third level by the food court when they can get a much better quality drink from EBar is beyond me.

Smoothie I got was TOOSWEET(banana strawberry) and luckily I bought it for someone else anyways. But he threw it away, while I was out buying more shit… Their coffee is some of the CHEAPEST in the mall(hot tip from a Sephora sales girl) and you know what? For that price, it’s the best. Really good cappucino.

LOVE this place. When I was a poor college student working in the mall my entire diet consisted of their caramel ice storms and cinnamon sticks. True story.

I do like the taste of their coffee… but the last few times I have gone they have really been slacking. First of all, I like Hazelnut, but it seems like everywhere I go I get charged 50 cents more because of this«flavor shot» they put in. What the heck? It’s not like I am asking for a Marshmallow Caramel Swirl Coffee. I don’t mean to be Miss. Cheapo over here but that just really irritates me. Well I got my «iced coffee» meaning room temp with 5 little itty bitty ice cubes floating in it. It looked pathetic, Plus there was ALOT of room for cream. So after I put my cream in I asked the barrister if she could top off the coffee for me and give me a little extra ice. I mean yikes. She was sweet as pie about it, no ‘tude or anything. The coffee was decent, but this isn’t the first time this has happened to me, the past 3 times I have had to ask for extra ice. C’mon.

I get my coffee fix here everyday. It’s fresh, made exactly like you want it and the staff is super friendly! They will sample out almost any coffee/iced tea you want to try & the staff makes excellent recommendations! A must stop if your in the mall.

Maybe calling them liars is a bit harsh. But let’s just say we had a failure to communicate. I am fussy about my coffee and I am not ashamed. And my test for a café is how well they can pull a double shot of espresso. But, I want to drink it from a ceramic cup. Because drinking a double shot out of a paper water cup is 1) kinda gross and 2) missing the point of the whole enterprise So, I ask them, before I order if they have espresso cups«for here». Generally that’s shorthand for«not paper». When my shot emerges from behind the machine. It was presented in a flimsy little paper cup. You know, like they have at the dentist. After asking for my «for here» cup, I was told paper was all they had. Peh. And on top of it all, the espresso was watery, thin and had no crema to speak of. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
