Such a cute little UNIQUE coffee shop in Ptown. I saw the sign out side. Being Japanese, I automatically got excited. Could this be a Japanese coffee shop? Once inside, it’s super clean and super simple. The owner is not Japanese, but the owner appreciates the Japanese way of making coffee. I saw many Japanese items for sale that my mom uses at home to make coffee. We ordered a Latte and Americano which came out perfectly. The barista was very friendly. A very simple and creative atmosphere. Would like to come back when it’s nicer out to sit outdoors for the view!

This is the only legit 3rd wave coffee shop that I’ve been to on Cape Cod. I had a good shot of espresso and bought a bag of coffee from from Tandem Coffee Roasters that was only a few days off roast. The baristas were friendly and seemed to know their stuff.

Nice little café. Once i saw they served bluebottle and other top roasts, I knew I had come to the right place. Friendly staff made me a wonderful latte on a wet, rainy, day. Perfect place to retreat. Grabbed some beans to go. I was happy again.

Had a cup of the made-to-order pour-over coffee — sublimely good. For serious coffee drinkers this is the place.

Stopped here two years in a row and loved it both times. I love how quiet and laid back the shop is. The coffee was a nice pour over and delicious! I took home a few bags of beans and I wish I would have gotten a few more.

Their lattes(mocha lattes specifically) are fantastic(and expensive, but it’s vacay when we are here). I love this coffee shop, despite the fact the employees are usually unfriendly and at times(often) totally pretentious. I asked for water recently, and was given a little cup half– full. I asked if I could have it filled to the top, and was given an incredulous(and obnoxious) look. It was a small cup to begin with, I had ordered two lattes(one for me and my husband) and we were going to share the water. Anyway, I ended up drinking most of it, so had to ask for a refill for him, and oh my god, you would have thought I was asking for… I don’t even know what. I couldn’t believe it — it was such a dumb thing to be so rude about. Anyway, we still visit this place when in Ptown, but never with the excitement or pleasure you’d think a great coffee shop should give. And for that, three stars.

I really enjoyed KoHi during my time in PTown. The venue is quite small, so maybe not a great place to sit down and work. However, there’s access to the beach along with a wonderful view. The espresso is great and always served ristretto, so it’ll be very smooth. Overall, great experience and vibe. Outstanding work and they’re open year round!

KoHi(pronounced ko-he) is the Japanese word for coffee. Like the Japanese, this coffee shop has an exquisite attention to detail and a clear obsession with quality. Every cup of coffee is brewed to order and weighed to ensure consistency of the pour. The one exception to this would be the cold brew which would be impossible to brew to order. They do not brew their cold brew in the Kyoto tradition though it would be hard with the space limitations in Ptown to achieve that brewing method. Regardless, the cold brew was phenomenal. Rich yet subtle with that intensely concentrated flavor you know and love. The best way to judge a coffee house, though, is on their espresso. Let me tell you it is evident the barista knows what he is doing. Not only did I observe him working at least a twelve hour shift but he made the shot impeccably. As I quizzed him on his coffee knowledge he carefully weighed the grounds, ground them to that fine mist that is the espresso grind, and tamped the shot with a pressure no machine could mimic. The result? A voluptuous, well rounded shot with crema so rich I nearly came as I chugged it back. Are you a coffee snob like me? Good, then you will enjoy this shop for sure. Go for great engaging service and quality coffee, you won’t be disappointed.

I don’t drink coffee, I drink chai latte and they did not have any but this coffee gem is fantastic. Friends had coffee and loved it! The menu is varied and they serve great blends. Coffee heaven. I loved the smell.

I’m not a huge fan of Joe coffee on Commercial St. — yes it’s great to sit outside and watch the boys go by, but when you really really really need coffee, the lines can be atrocious! Stopped into KoHi and was really impressed by the cute shop and the speed of service! Grabbed a New Orleans Iced(Brewed with chicory root, slightly sweet and served with milk or non-dairy of your choice). Great iced coffee option, and totally what I needed at that moment!!!

Hands down #1 Coffee on the Cape. Beautiful location right on the beach and I fell in love with the aesthetic shop front. It is clean and complete with modern touches and appliances to the area. The staff is always friendly and happy to serve you. The quality of this coffee is outstanding and they have equipped their tables with everything you could need to enjoy your drink: half and half, milk, sugar, powdered chocolate/cinnamon, and sweeteners.

I was so excited to see a place roasting Blue Bottle coffee, but was extremely underwhelmed with Kohi coffee. The cold brew black coffee was bitter and the employees seemed annoyed to have customers. Overall, not a good experience. I would not go back.

Quality coffee! Great little place slightly hidden. It gets busy but worth the wait! The girl brewing the coffee(didn’t catch her name) was very friendly, she had an accent, maybe from Poland or somewhere… we were there Saturday June 13 around 10−11am. She’s great! We will definitely be back when we visit again!

The New Orleans iced coffee was awesome! The best cold brewed coffee I have ever had. These guys know their coffee! It will be hard to find a similar cold brew back in Indiana. Nice touch to have someone share samples out on the street. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I like what this place is doing. It has a Portland-esque feel to it that is almost non existant out here in the land of Dunkin Donuts clones. We tried a latte and a cappuccino and both were well made. The choice of blue bottle espresso is quite tasty — somewhere between toasty and chocolatey with small notes of sour lingering. Highly recommend if you’re reading this you go support great small coffee shops like this. If you’re the type of person who *needs* things added to their coffee, perhaps you should avoid this place and thus avoid a bad review! But if you like expanding your pallet, give this place a shot.

KoHi Coffee is small shop. So my review will be short. It’s hidden, but you can’t miss the sign as it’s right on Commercial Street. Staff was awesome. They take Square(so yes, for credit cards, too). And it’s right next to the water. They have a solid coffee menu, and serve Blue Bottle Coffee, which means every cup is individually dripped. Even their mocha is made with a fresh ganache.
