It’s a decent hotel with thin walls, old heaters and poor wifi. Definitely not in par with other Marriott hotels I have stayed in other places. Rooms are still in the 2000 era and definitely not great during cold season. I really hope they do renovate and upgrade the hotel. Breakfast isn’t great. Coffee is alright. Shower water is just warm and that sucks during winter.

Here for a meeting. Sad that hotel only has a small little snack food bar. Food is great… not a deli… only one employee at counter. Don’t be in a hurry for your food, they take for ever. Employees very friendly but they need to hire more when there is a two day event. Bathrooms in meeting room area get no clean up… no one coming to conference room to pick up garbages on floor during breaks or tables. I would not have events here unless they have more help. Rooms are clean modern but small. Pool area and gym is nice.

The hotel recently remodeled. Very modern and sleek. The lobby has a food spot called The Bistro and it is fantastic. We had breakfast here twice and then came back for lunch after we already checked out. Best place for breakfast in Provo: had breakfast tacos and blt with eggs — delicious. They also served starbucks if you want coffee. Great!

My first stay here and it’s fine. Not really understanding the reviews unless there was a remodel recently. The lobby is upgraded, the beds are great with pillow options and HDTV. It’s worth a stay.

When I first booked this hotel, I was pretty excited and because it’s a Marriott I held this hotel to a higher standard. The people at the front desk are friendly enough and the rooms are decent. The beds are soft and comfortable. However, on a Sunday morning there was«maintenance» going on in the room next to us at 7am. When you go for breakfast, they put all the food out at 7a, when it begins and do NOT restock. There was an employee in the breakfast room, but I’m not sure why. When asked«Is there any more bread?» at 9:30a, she simply shook her head and continued reading her book. The breakfast is scheduled to go till 11am. There was a bit of cereal left and about 6 plums and one orange. What were people supposed to do who came at 10? Starve? This was worse than a Continental breakfast at a Motel 6. My advice? Go to the Residence Inn down the road next time, where they have Make-Your-Own-Waffles, restocked breakfasts, and kitchens in every room. That’s where we should have gone. This place is too expensive for what you DON’T get. ___________________________________________________ Yikes! I found out on the 2nd morning of our stay that the hotel does NOT in fact offer a regular continental breakfast. Apparently the only reason they had one over the weekend was because their restaurant(that’s connected to the hotel) was being redone. Now that it is all finished, the continental breakfast is not offered because the restaurant is opened. This means, no free breakfast. You have to pay for breakfast EVENTHOUGH, their website says they offer a continental breakfast. Ridiculous.

Don’t do it — I know the TFI Friday’s in the hotel and free pass to gold’s is tempting, but the beds are BRUTALL… AKA really brutal. If it wasn’t for this, I’d be ok with the property. Good alternative is the regular Marriott which is usually only $ 10 – 20 more/night
