Yet again. It took forever to get my food, and forever to order. We have been sitting here for almost an hour.

I can cook a better breakfast. Service was slow, but polite. It is definitely a locals place as The only waitress knew everyone in there but us. Didn’t ask for refills on the hot cocoa that were in out of season mugs.

This place is a joke! It takes 30minutes to be sat down when there’s only 5 people in there. Getting your food takes an hour. Fire the manager please!

The only thing good is the food. The service is in a word terrible. If you don’t have at least an hour and a half go somewhere else. Not sure why but this is something most Denny’s have a problem with.

This place is awful! I’m sitting here for 45 min now waiting for my food and my kids are starving. However, our server sarah was very friendly and it was not her fault the service was slow they were under staffed

You know what, I love Denny’s. It’s not the greatest thing in the world, but it’s fine, it’s cheap, it’s consistent, and it’s open 24 hours — a veritable miracle in a town where apparently both the Holy Ghost and everyone else goes to bed at, like, 9 p.m. And actually, it gets an extra star because as weird as this is going to sound, they actually have really, really good burgers. And hot chocolate. And French toast. And those delicious greasy sausage links. They also have wi-fi. And the equivalent of a dollar-ish menu. What can I say, I’m an American. They do tend to be very understaffed, so just pray that there isn’t a table of fifteen high schoolers or BYU students evading curfew, and you’ll be golden.

Today was the second time my friends and I walked out of Denny’s because of lack of service. The stuff is completely unmotivated… We asked for a glass of water and waited more than ten minutes. She neither returned with the water nor did she come to take our orders… Which is funny because the restaurant was completely empty. The three times I have been there have been a total waste of time… The waiting stuff are Slow and completely incompetent… The last time I went in and asked for coffee and the waitress after dragging her feet brought out some watery beverage dripping all over the cup… Terrible service… You guys need to pick up your game… Get better stuff… I wouldn’t recommend Provo Denny’s to anyone who likes good service or any service at all in this case… Shame. ZERO stars

If there is a way to give 0 ratings, then this Denny’s deserves it. If you are in a hurry, it’s probably better to go somewhere else and get food because it’ll take you at least 15 – 20 minutes before someone even realized that you need to be seated. The people working there see you waiting, but just don’t care to get you seated and take your order. The food is always very oily and if you get hash browns, be prepared to eat some burnt hash browns. They advertise their free wifi, but that’s a sham. Their wifi is never working. Overall, I’d say you’re probably better off being hungry than eating food at this Denny’s.

Not going to lie this Denny’s blows pretty bad. It was near impossible to get our drinks. No refills and the waitress never got what I asked for multiple times.

I have been here many times and have had mixed experiences. Sometimes the food is great and wait times. Other times it has been mediocre food with very long wait times(upwards of 45 minutes since ordering). I liked the hobbit menu when they had it and can usually find something tasty on the seasonal menus. Overall, one of the few breakfast places in Provo but definitely not the best quality or service.

Good god almighty this was the worst meal of my life. I don’t remember moons over my hammy containing cat poop in the original recipe. I went back to eat here several months later hoping that my experience was a fluke and I was right the first time. Stay away from this place it’s just bad

Denny’s is what it is… cheap food 24⁄7. I’ve only had breakfast items at Denny’s and am not sure I’d trust them for anything outside of hashbrowns, bacon, and scrambled eggs. To expect 5 star quality and service from Denny’s though is equivalent to expecting turndown service at a Motel 6. Silly…

Good cheap food and open 24 hours. Come here after 11pm for a meal when other places close or come during the day with a group full of cheap friends. The breakfast presentation looks great and the milkshakes are good. I was surprised by the poor presentation of two steaks and the tiny amount of veggies we received, especially for them representing 2 sides. Service was slow. We were there for an hour plus and the place was half full. I think the staff was minimal and there was a rush around 11 when other eateries are closed. For day time food I would rank it two stars, but the food did taste good, our waitress was pleasant and helpful and the food tasted good, so for the night time it gets a three star.

Food was bad and service overcharged us. The manager was belligerent. Later I put my experience on my blog and the corporate office called me to apologize. This is my only bad review on Unilocal.Seriously how are they still in business?

Okay, in all honesty I didn’t think of the establishment first. I was trying to think of somewhere I could give a one-star rating. But this definitely fits the bill. Every time I go I swear I’ll never go back. But somehow it ends up being 3am on a week day with nowhere to go, and this place gets picked over IHOP or Village Inn or fast food. Service always sucks. The one exception was the time our crazy eyes, chatty server was seemingly hopped up on something(coke, meth, adderall, who knows?). But hey, he was all fast and enthused so maybe it should be a corporate policy. Food always sucks. Try the grasshopper shake if you want to spare the taste buds. Go to a 2-star establishment like IHOP or VIllage Inn. Or fast food.
