Allstate Insurance: Jason P. Sengpiehl

Anyone who knows me is well aware of my disgust at the overall decline of true customer service. Which is why Jason and the staff at his office were such a welcome surprise. Jason spent a ridiculous amount of time working with me on my auto policu and was even more upset than I was when it ended up costing a bit more than we thought it would. He got me into a rental policy and actually explained what it covered in detail and when he said I needed something additional he made sure I was aware why. We are currently working on my life insurance because, Jason, a father himself is aware of how important it is to make sure family is taken care of when disaster strikes. Of course I have not even mentioned Melody who helped me with a DMV fiasco when she was not even the one I had opened the policy with originally or pat who sent me a welcome letter and is always available to help. Like I said, a wecome surprise. For an insurance experience that feels like visitng family contact anyone at this office and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
