Best sushi I’ve had in a long time! The fish and seafood was fresh and moist. Lots of variety! I will be bringing my family here for sure! A little more pricy than other«train» sushi places I’ve been. But worth it!

Conveyor belt sushi with a surprising amount of variety. Nothing epic to be had here but my kids love it and the staff loves that I bring my kids. Its a long scary walk to the shared bathroom. Service for this type of place is adequate. Prices are fair. I find myself going here quite a bit because it scratches that itch and it is convenient. Plenty of other places I would rather go but this is good for what it is.

Nice Sushi restaurant. I knew these place since 2011, and eat here many times. Its quality is always improving every time I come. It is fresh with affordable price. Its snow crab hand roll is so nice… Maybe some people love highest level sushi restaurant, but they are so expensive, and focusing on different consumers segment. For me, forever sushi is the best one in this area, there are some interesting and delicious food I have never seen in others~~~

Mediocre sushi for an outrageous price considering what it is. We did the conveyor belt. It wasn’t bad, but it certainly wasn’t worth the money when I could go to Trappers and get far better sushi for the same price.

I really wanted to love this place but it’s changed over the last few months. Prices have increased, service has gone down, and servers have given me attitude. As a vegan I get the same thing. Tofu udon, and cucumber rolls or avocado rolls. First thing I order is tofu udon. But the last 3 times I never get it. I waited 30+ minutes to get it, and by the time it would have been ready I’m ready to leave. It never used to be like that usually would take 5 – 10 min. Im sure its a mix of communication and the back kitchen messing up but everyyime i bring it to their attention they dont seem to care that i never got what i ordered. Im ready to move on and just go to sushi arhi or trappers. I dont like being treated like im not valued.

Only came here for the novelty of getting the big rotating circle of little sushi plates. coming from vancouver, we no longer have these sushi-go-rounds and i loved them as a kid so when i saw that seattle had quite a few, i was dying to try one. overall, even though the food wasn’t bad, it was not particularly good but was really pricey. the dishes are small meaning you get a lot of variety but it comes at quite a price. the special rolls are mostly california roll-based and the cooked food was a-la-carte and not great. i wouldn’t come back, no but it was a fun experience.

Loved this place! The sushi was fresh and delicious. We are not sushi snobs, so we are not afraid of the sushi belt. In fact, we seek them out! The service was great, the restaurant was clean and open so you can see the kitchen, and the prices were low. We will definitely make this a regular stop when we are in the area

Love this place. This is my go to sushi restaurant. The wait staff are very nice though they can be busy. If you arent into the whole conveyor belt thing or the sushi you want is all taken, you can ask them to make it fresh for you and they will!

Freshest affordable sushi in town the sign reads In front. How fresh can«Affordable» sushi really be. As soon as I read the sign my gut instinct was to walk away. Next we realize it’s conveyer belt sushi. Again, gut instinct, walk away. I was hungry, craving sushi, and the reviews were good for the most part so gave it shot. Ugh, so sorry I did. We tried a few different rolls. wasnt able to finish them. The sauce that was on the rolls tasted like straight up miracle whip, so disgusting. Anyway, after this experience I realize I’m a sushi snob. And If you are to, stay away. However, If you haven’t experienced anything other than affordable conveyer belt sushi, enjoy. Sidenote: The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

I am surprised by the quality and presentation of the food here. It must have been my lucky day! They had fresh wild white fish ingredients that you would normally get it at high end Japanese places. I tried Kanpachi(baby yellowtail) Tuna belly(infamous O-toro), Saba, Uni, Madai and Hirame… Most of these ingredients you wouldnt find around Tacoma or greater area of Tacoma so I was very pleased with what they offered for the price less than half of what they offer in Seattle. I was surprised how well rice, fish, and soy sauce were prepared. I am very sure they use traditional style sushi soy(nikiri) and light shari(rice vinegar mix) that goes really well with fish!!! Everything on the belt were labeled so I didn’t have inconvenience of not knowing what they are. Staff were also very informative and friendly.

If they do not make eye contact with you that means that you do not exist. They did not acknowledge 2 separate groups of customers standing in the front on the door in front of the cash til but proceed to cash out a couple that just finished eating. Even after they cashed out their guest she looked down and walked away. No eye contact. No acknowledgement. Not coming back. I’m sure the food is good and I’m bummed we couldn’t give you our money but I really don’t care how good food is if you don’t appreciate your customers. Resolution: Acknowledge your customers. Small eye contact, a smile, or simple say we will be with you shortly. Don’t leave people hanging like that.

This food is amazing. I used go to Trappers but Trappers Puyallup is horrible and this restaurant is 100 times better. Their sushi is fresh and really delicious. They have a great variety of sushi and deserts ad well. They even do have deep fried bananas and strawberries.

I love this place! First timer to a conveyer sushi joint. Took the family and had a blast! Everyone had a good time picking and choosing from their selections. The food was really good as well. The prices per plate were really inexpensive and the wait staff was very friendly. They checked up on us regularly and when we settled our bill at the register, the staff person were great with our kids giving them change to play with a kitty coin box. The one that you set change on and the kitty paws out to get and drag into the box. He even gave them a pack of hi-chews. Only complaints… the bathroom is ridiculously far away and shared between other businesses. The floors are really sticky and the overall cleanliness was a little subpar. It disappointed me a little but overlooked it for this instance. Sure hope they take care of that because a dirty front of the house could only mean for a dirty back of the house. An honest rating would have them at 3 and a half or 4, but today they get the two thumbs up and a five star nod! Thanks guys!

We were in the area and knew we wouldn’t make our normal sushi spot close to the house so I used my handy dandy Unilocal app that is always my go-to when it comes to food, shopping etc… we decided upon Forever Sushi based on the location and of course the Unilocal reviews! Pulling up, I felt like I had been in this place before? which I was hoping not as it wasn’t the best from I remember. Walking in, it looked different so we just went with it, hoping our fellow Unilocalers didn’t fail us. We were immediately greeted and seated. The place wasn’t about half full/half empty depending on how you see it? There was still over an hour left until closing so we were hoping the belt had a decent selection and that they did! The different rolls and combinations were a great change and they had a good selection of nigiri as well. The waiter was attentive with refilling our waters and making sure everything was ok and if we wanted something we didn’t. A lady that I am assuming is the owner came out and spoiled the littles with pocky sticks and chocolate milk. All in all we were happy to have stopped and will remember this sushi restaurant when we are in the area.

Decided to try this place out and was not disappointed. The place is reasonably priced and they have a great variety of fresh sushi and rolls. The restaurant offers ramen, udon, and miso soup and has nice dessert options too! The staff was very helpful and nice. Totally recommended!

Overall pretty good conveyer belt sushi. The place was pretty full at 5:30 at night. Seems like the sushi chefs were busy cooking fresh rolls, etc. some things looked like they were being passed up. While we were there they were playing some pretty kick ass old school R & B. I think we will come back for the music alone! Lol.

Random Saturday, waiting for my truck to get some work done… walked in here to kill some time and have some lunch. It’s changed names and such since I last visited. They wrap a lot in bacon… nice. But those butt ends of the asparagus that should be tossed, shouldn’t be wrapped in bacon let alone served as food. Overall I enjoyed my lunch, spent way too much and look forward to coming back… That being said, it’s a conveyor belt and sushi(in my opinion) shouldn’t sit out long. With only about a dozen folks having lunch, why would you load the belt 3 layers high?
