Unbelievable! Over 30 minutes trapped in Drive Thru. Tuesday night, January 26 at 7:45pm. I drive up to place an order. It took over 5 minutes to take my order. Double Cheese Burger, Medium Diet Coke and Small Fry. Total value about $ 3.60. I proceed to wait in line for over 25 minutes. Check your camera’s…you know I am right! After 20 minutes, I wanted to leave, but I found myself STUCK inline. As I finally approached the pick-up window disappointed I ask the service. Wow, that was tough… are you going to make pay for this? He said confidently, yes. I smiled at him and drove away. I drove away pissed, anger and hungry. I was too mad to walk-in and discuss with anybody. I want you know how bad your service was and I find it unacceptable. If your processes break how do you manage customer service? Answer: Not well! I went to Puyallup for some personal reasons and found myself too broke to eat at IHOP. Shameful. Anyways, in search of a good deal I came to mcyd’s for breakfast. Their soda machine was out and the cashier recommended an orange juice for my kids.(YESSSS I let my kids drink soda from mcyd’s at 9am.) Anyways, great. I got a coffee with two Splendas and three creamers. I also repeated my order four times. I am mothereffing pleasant. I really am. After the third I know I sounded annoyed. Sorry about that service professional. I did my best to remain cheery. Got the order and saw that we were charged an additional fee for orange juice after the fact that it was their fault I couldn’t get a soda, and it was a suggestion from the cashier. Had I known about the up charge I would have just made the kids drink coffee ;). They also skipped the hashbrowns and one bisuit. They were quickly fetched, but then the girl said«and we won’t even charge you since you didn’t pay for them.» I really felt like loosing my mind at that point, but I remained calm, drank my super wrong coffee, ate my biscuit and left. Never to return. Mostly because I don’t live there.

I think this store has had an «over-haul». So much cleaner, faster and friendlier staff. Looks like care and attention has gone into this store.

I usually don’t eat Fast food but just got off work and wanted something quick, so I decided to stop at McDonald’s and I ordered a couple mcgriddle meals. And when I got home all I had was the bread. Nothing inside in both sandwiches. Then I called the store and if was a fax number. How can you for get the all of the insides of a sandwich. Serves me right and learned my lesson, stopping being lazy and prepare my own breakfast. And these people want to make $ 15 bucks an hour?!

Just fast and clean The staff is very nice Love the 2 for 5 Big Mac I love when I come in the cashier smiles at me and helps me. I love the fact The manager took my food to my table. And ask if there’s anything else she could do. I’m loving it

The slowest McDonald’s I have EVER been to. I live around the corner and will not go here. I drive all the way down the hill because they are so slow. I ordered two drinks and set in line for like 23 minutes to get them and they were not even just. When I got to the window I told the it was ridiculous the wait time and the cashier just shrugged his shoulders. Then handed me my Coke and said«HERE» just so hateful! This was not the only time this kind of stuff has happened!

Food is good but can’t ever seem to get the order right. Husband went through the drive thru yesterday morning and they totally forgot one of our breakfast sandwiches. It was even the manager that handed him the order. I would rather they worry a little less about speed and more on accuracy. And by the way, I do not think the incompetent staff deserves minimum wage to go up to $ 15 an hour.

Why is this place still running. Should have been shut down along time ago!!! There needs to be a complete overhaul, starting with management that actually knows what there doing and there needs to be proper training for the employees. This is a perfectly good example why McDonald’s is quickly coming to the end of their rope.

An employee at this store attempted to murder a gay man in April of 2015. The employee was heard making homophobic slurs shortly before he sold a burger to a customer. This burger was undercooked, seeping with blood and smelled of some form of chemical contaminant. I called the store and was told the employee involved had been terminated. However, the store has not yet apologized or explained what it intends to do to prevent its staff from committing attempted murder in the future.

Beware when eating the burgers they have been served raw and when there is a complaint about the raw meat it is not treated seriously. Plus they find it okay to call customers derogatory names. The owner of this restaurant needs to take a good look at their employees and manager. Totally unacceptable and a good way to get sued

I physically watched a crew member drop the fry bin and than the manager on shift, pick up the french fry bin and put it back on the side of the deep fryer after it fell all over the floor. Messed up my order and had people sleeping by the bathrooms… hows fowl! I should report them to the health dept.

I came in here because I was hungry, not because o wanted to play the«who gets my order correct» game. The first time I ordered it wasn’t correct, so I brought it back. The second time I brought it back they actually TOOKTHEIRTIME and fixed my order. With wayyyy extra what I asked, which is awesome. But I’m still not happy because my sandwiches were cold. But I didn’t want to take it back AGAIN. I haut wanted to eat my dang food.

How do you give a McDonalds 2 stars(when compared to other fast food) go here and you will find out. First of all it is not clean and the service is bland. Reading through the reviews — this is normal. We came in for dessert and was told the ice cream machines were down. They also had no spoons available for the dessert we did get — really no spoons — sounds like management needs to show up once in a while to get this place turned around.

DIRTY! Floors, tables, burnt hamburger buns, gave my order to drive thru, lied to me when I called them on it, VERY inexperienced KIDS employed. Very dissatisfied. This location has no management, this location poorly maintained. Would give a extremely POOR rating like ZERO

If I could give this zero stars I would. ITSSODIRTYHERE. I SHOULDHAVETAKENPICTURES. There are wet floor signs everywhere, alas the floors are a sticky gross mess with food and napkins over it. The bathroom had pee over the floor, the sinks were horribly dirty, there were flies everywhere. Funnily wet floor signs were in there as well. There were flies all over the dining area. It was gross. Worst part is that it took 10 min to get my food. AFTER I paid. Apparently the«system was down» so that was a factor in me getting my food? Sadly it wasnt just me. It was everyone. There were a ton of people in line inside and out in the drive thru. Fix your business people. Obviously you need new management. Because cleansliness has been an issue and service, getting orders wrong as well. Which they also did. Goodbye Puyallup McDonalds. I hope to never see you again.

I’ve only been here a handful of times, but don’t think I’ll be back any time soon. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order right, my food is never fresh, and I just wouldn’t bother wasting my time.
