Horrible customer service! But hey it’s Wendy’s you think they really like their job?! They forgot my nuggets and gave me the wrong salad. Didn’t realize they gave me the wrong salad until I got home. Check your bags before u head home if you pull thru the drive up! My bacon was also burnt!

Chili is oddly cool and overly thick and tastes like a whole lot of tomato paste is in there. Worst in Washington.

Breanna is the friendliest girl I’ve ever encountered here. My spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good as well. :)

I worked for Wendy’s in Bellevue, I know it is not easy, hence the two stars instead of one. I went through the drive through last Friday before a road trip and there was a young woman with blond hair at the South Hill location, that took our order and she cut me off multiple times and gave me the price of our food before we were even done ordering. I added a drink and she seemed really upset and snapped that she would have the corrected total at the second window. I pulled up and she didn’t greet me or even look at me just said the total. I asked her what the total was as I was handing her my card and she said «I said $ 9.84 already». I told her she has a head set on and didn’t look at me so I assumed she was talking to someone else in the drive thru. We headed on the freeway and were missing both our burgers and she gave us the wrong drink. She was horrible representation for such good food. Wish I had a better review to write.

My wife and I went in for some kinda cheap fast food. I paid, we got our drinks, we sat down, our food was ready and then the little asian girl says
«I’m going to need your card again. I don’t think it went through.»
I was already suspicious by the receipt that was already on my tray, but I gave her my card anyway. As soon as We got home I checked our online statement, and there it was, two separate payments of $ 16.84. If I wanted to pay $ 33.68 to be disappointed, we would have went to Applebees or Red Robin.

We’ve been to this location a few times and the food has always been good. We were in the drive-​thru this afternoon and the guy on the speaker seemed a little off. He questioned each item we ordered and when we asked that my baked potato be bagged separately due to a gluten intolerance he seemed a little stumped. I was surprised he was so confused considering Wendy’s was one of the first fast food restaurants to have a gluten-​free menu. Despite the gluten issue, I didn’t think it was a difficult request. Then we pulled up to the window and they proceeded to hand us 6 cups (3 beverages, 3 Frosty’s — yum!!). Uh, really? Do you think A: our car has 6 cup holders, and B: that 2 people can carry 6 full cups + food bags? I just think a drink carrier would have been common sense — but maybe it’s just me.
The food was yummy — as usual! :)

This Wendy’s isn’t one my favorites, due to its location but have been here several times– the side roads you have to be careful since lot of potholes that will suck your car into a black hole lol
The service at this location, is a little slower then other Wendy’s, but the food seems to be just as good and fresh, I would have to say out of the major chains Wendys and Arbys are the best in their categories
I really love the freshness of the burgers, and the meat, the Chicken Nuggets I have to say are the best out of Wendys, McDonalds and Burger King,

What you would expect. Nothing special.

Ok, we all now that all Wendy’s food, and fast food in general tastes exactly the same so this review is based solely on customer service. We went here with family after making the trek out of Eatonville, and we decided to dine inside. The inside itself is a tad dated but it’s been newly remodeled so it looks a little bit better. This nice man behind the counter was the nicest fast food worker we had ever met. He was friendly, and helpful, and was nice enough to take a dollar out of his wallet for us so we didn’t have to break a twenty. I don’t know what this man’s name was, but all fast food employees need to take lessons from the cool and amazing guy :) Afterwards, we enjoyed our food and had an overall positive experience. Yes, I recommend!

I swear I would figure this place out, but it just doesn’t happen. Wendy’s is my go-​to place for after hours fast food and this place drops the ball, time and time again. What a bummer. I think I might be officially done with this place. Day time has always been okay, once that dining room closes and you’re stuck with the drive-​thru, well, good luck…
