Subway

Not only have we been standing in like for approximately 30 minutes, but we have also been having to listen to unedited Lil Wayne over the speaker. I have a 9 year old with me that I would prefer not hear about pussy while waiting on a simple turkey sandwich.
I would normally feel bad for a lone worker during a nice evening, but I have been watching him move in the same manner as a geriatric sloth this whole time.
Pull it together.

After going to that terrible subway location at the Fred Meyer Shopping Center near River Road, I stopped at this location, hoping they would have soup. Though it was much cleaner, because there were no customers except for me, there was no soup here, either, & I found out that this store is owned by the same entity that owns the other. They are not worthy of the Subway franchise name. I wish I was a secret shopper and consultant for the corporation, because I could increase their sales by straightening out the four locations like the two that I have just walked into.

Not my favorite. They were friendly but cheap. Yes my granddaughter and I like pickles but this is the first subway that wanted to charge extra. Ironic since we got three foot longs and on one and a half had no lettuce, tomatoes or any garnish
Also the line was long and the one «helper» was flirting. Slowing the line.

Every time we go to this Subway we have a GREAT experience. My most recent visit was when a new employee had just started and she was closing by herself. She was so nervous, as she expressed to us. She was working a 10 hour day and it was so busy! Some jerkface stole the tip jar right from the cash register earlier that day too.

I’ve eaten here several times, and I can say that this is a convenient, nice Subway. I came here with a group of friends before heading to Elements next door and we all had a positive experience. The workers were very nice and we got a warm welcome upon entering. You don’t get to know Subway employees very well because, well, you’re really not with them for very long, but, like I said, these workers were nice and actually enjoyed working. On a warm summer night, you can sit outside and enjoy your sandwich and listen to the bands play across the street in Pioneer Park which is just relaxing and make you love downtown Puyallup more than you already do. I give this Subway 5 stars just because of their customer service. And I know, other reviews sound the complete opposite, but they truly nice when I dined there. All in all, great Subway, great location!

This is currently my favorite Subway location. The staff quality can sometimes dip a bit but they’ve always been pleasant and accepting of me.
I like to sit and read or write or draw while I enjoy my sandwich and the window seats across Meridian from the park are very nice. You’re right across from the memorial statues, and I get to watch people paying their respects, which I like very much.
Sandwich quality is always good to high and parking is not a problem. Sometimes I get stares but hey, this is Puyallup after all. I’m a ‘once-​a-​week’ sale at this place for sure.

We had enjoyed a day at the Spring Fair and wanted a Subway sandwich before leaving town. We located one not too far away on Unilocal and gave them a call to clarify their location. The person who answered was courteous and explained they would be closing in a half hour. We got there just before closing and as our sandwiches were being made noticed the lettuce and cucumber bins were nearly empty. The girl behind the counter was so gracious and offered to get full and fresh bins.
She was always pleasant and never rushed. We asked if we might sit in the shop to eat (rather than eat in our car) and she said «Sure!» and locked the door. We ate as she continued with her closing duties and let us out when we had finished. All in all, a very pleasant experience. The shop was clean and the ingredients fresh.

My friends were grabbing something quick to eat before enjoying dessert at Elements Frozen Yogurt. I arrived there and decided to have an oj and a cookie. I’m usually not woo woo on Subway but they are consistent with how they make their sandwiches and I’ve never complained about the job they do… this visit was different. She was rude, didn’t greet me, didn’t ask how I was doing and didn’t thank me for my business. She looked bothered that she was working on a Friday night. She should be grateful for a job and I won’t be visiting again. I took the opportunity to fill out their survey printed at the bottom of the receipt. She was the same way with my friends and with a family after me. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at Subway. The new location is convenient and they offer free parking. I’d rather drive further away and get good service.
