So pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and food at this Taco Time. The restaurant was clean, the employees helpful & prompt, and the food was better than any Taco Time I’ve been to. I’ve been to several Taco Times and this by far is the best!

I just had to review this taco time. It’s by far the best one I’ve ever been to. There’s a particular kind individual (I’m assuming the manager) who has outstanding customer service skills which makes this place the best. He has redish hair and is always the supreme gentleman. You can’t miss him, because he emits positive energy like a beacon of light. Of course, taco time food is always excellent for fast food but this particular gentleman is an absolute gift to the establishment and to mankind. I give taco time in general 5 stars and I give this gentleman’s customer service 10 stars. He’s the real deal, check him out!

BEST Taco time. Very clean, great service and friendly employees. Sure it’s a little more then Taco bell but this is about quality not quantity! Besides, I am happy to pay a little more if it means the workers are getting paid more then minimum wage. If I have to go to a Taco Time, this is where I go. They are also so awesome about shoving tons of beef into their crisp tacos. Never feel I got ripped off.

Decent place to grab quick lunch. I enjoy there feista tacos. Service can be a little slow though and they overfill drinks with Ice so I’d request to go light on the ice if going through the drive thru

I came in a few weeks ago to get some churros and I was absolutely blown away at how disrespectful Michelle was to her coworkers. She called a fellow coworker a dumbass right in front of me! I was shocked and felt so uncomfortable. Im 17 and also work in the fast food industry, so I totally get how annoying it is when someone doesn’t do their job the right way but that is no excuse for cursing or even belittling someone right in front of a paying customer. So unprofessional. Michelle can suck my ass!

The «greenest» restaurant chain I’ve encountered… with good food too!!! The food is clearly fresh and offers more than the usual number of healthy choices, service is friendly and efficient, food is locally sourced and mostly produced in house, and they have an AMAZING composting program that takes nearly all their waste and composts it in the area. I always look for Taco Time when I’m hungry on the run. It’s worth the bit extra over the other fast food places.

You pay a little more here than other chains, but the food is very fresh and locally grown, which makes it all worth it. And they have the best hot sauce I have ever had in a chain restaurant. I would rate higher, but it seems like every time I go here, I spend over $ 10 for a basic lunch.

I’ve had good Taco Time. I have had bad Taco Time. And now I can say I have had GREAT Taco Time. This is the best Taco Time I have ever been to. Clean. Love the real plates for dining in. Great customer service from really friendly workers.
Food came out quick and prices were great. Sorry I can’t remember all the items we ordered. Anytime I find myself in the Puyallup on travels I will make it a point to stop here.

The service here has always been great. People at the counters are always very nice. The food is always good. And they get it to you very quickly, even on the inside. Never had a bad time here. And I love their platter meals. And they still have tater-​tots. Love tater-​tots, that’s one of the things that keeps me coming back.

I love the food here. Quick, fast service. Liberal with items like cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo, unlike the local national Mexican fast food chain. Our drive-​thru orders have always had exactly what we ordered, never shorted items, or given the wrong order. I am not a fan of the tater-​tots, but I don’t like them in general.

Came in right before closing time cause I was craving some Taco Time. I know it’s frowned upon to hit up a place right before they close, but I didn’t get the impression the staff was in a hurry to leave. They were very friendly and handled my custom order without an issue. The #3 combo definitely hit the spot!
