Generally able to provide care for sponsors as needed. Though, not what I would consider a supportive clinic for dependents. A few reasons, but not comprehensive: 1) Your medical records are not released unless you PCS. You can’t even check them out. 2) They are closed on the weekend. 3) They refer all care needs to 1−800-TRI-CARE for scheduling. 4) No emergency services. 5) urgent care services are extremely limited to, best case, the next day. 6) Unusual challenges as a result of poor computer network problems. 7) LOTS of new people with limited information. — High turnover rate. 8) Que system for everything, ostensibly to organize patients. However, the system seems to be used to quantify the work they do… not really focused on improving support.(e.g. I was asked to get a number que even though I was the only one in line.) 9) Noticed several staff members were generally complacent. For example, business hours advertised 0730 open, but did not have anyone to take appointments until 0800. 10) If you have an issue during non-business hours, be prepared to drive to Ft Belvoir for urgent care.
