Ordered pizza and wings on SuperBowl Sunday. I knew it would be busy — took about 1hr to deliver, however they delivered the wrong wings… Called back and the sent new wings which arrived within 30min. Mistakes happen, especially on a busy day like that — pizza is always good, would give 5 stars if they got it right first time and weren’t such cheap asses with the ranch. (Don’t include any with wings)

Ordered a pizza @ 2:16 for pick up @ 6pm. Get there and the drive through is packed, the inside just the same. Pizza hadn’t even been made along with all the other customers! We had a kids event to be at at 6:30! Said some lame excuse their ovens were burning pizza. As we all sit and watch for 30 mins the dine in customers get their pizzas. Bread sticks sat there the whole time we waited. People walked out, others demanded money back! Now I wish I had! Will never go back and will be telling all my family and friends about this lack of customer service! Manager or person in charge hid in the kitchen the whole time. Word of mouth can either make you or break you!

Rude!!!, Pizza Hut and Genos pizza sucks worst customer service and delivery service I’ve ever seen and I’m from Detroit, never will eat here, but that’s what’s happens when you hire a bunch of teenagers

Do not get the pretzel crust pizza it is so very SALTY you cannot eat it and don’t think you will get any sort of discount if you complain, we didn’t. i haven’t been to a pizza hut in a long time and i wont ever go back.
