i called to try to get something delivered on the day i moved into my new home… i was told i am a couple of blocks outside of delivery radius, but im only 15 minutes from the shop. i asked if they would consider this one time delivering to me if they were slow, and i was speaking with the manager herself, and she told me they dont have time to deliver to my area. she was not professional at all. I delivered pizzas for 5 years so I know sometimes you stretch your radius for good customers that tip well to keep your drivers happy, but she does not do this. my overall feeling of the place is do yourself a favor and pay an extra couple bucks for barros pizza down the street… way better service and way better quality pizza!

Very disappointed in my service this time! Never once had a problem with them till today… waited an hour and thirty mins for my pizza and garlic knots, it was barely hot when we got it and the food tasted terrible this time also!

Quality of food is consistent, delivery is fast. However their«large» pizza is now more like a medium anymore, noticeably smaller. Papa sizing makes the large what the large«used to be.» Not horrible but not happy with this change. They are a better option than greasy Pizza Hut but I think I’ll stick with Geno’s and Barro’s.

Let me start off by saying the girl who answered the phone was very rude, cutting me off when I’m trying to speak besides that she placed me on hold for a while after that I tried calling back to place order for hot wings I waited on hold for way too long where I had to hang up and call another papa johns ! I’ve ordered from here before never had the problem but if that’s the customer service there gonna have there I will not go to that location again

Eh. We haven’t had Papa John’s in a while and I couldn’t figure out why. We decided to order tonight and we were reminded why we’ve avoided them. The online ordering was easy, no problems there. The delivery time was just kind of long, since we live like 5 minutes away and the delivery driver was great(reason for 2 stars). The issue we had was the extremely processed taste of the food, hard crust and the amount of bland sauce slathered on, to the point of IF the pizza was hot… it probably would have dripped off. But, it wasn’t hot. It was literally like eating a piece of pizza at room temp. Not impressed and probably the last time we order from them.

A few days ago after the d backs one a game my boyfriend and I decided to order pizza and wings for dinner due to it being half off any ways we ordered a extra large pizza with extra mushrooms and some hot wings we had ordered online and when we brought our order home it was definitely not what we ordered. We gave them a call and they had such amazing customer service they wanted to give us our exact order all over again plus some. Which was amazing due to the fact that we ate the pizza any ways. We did not want another order due to us not being hungry any more so they put us in the books for a whole new extra large pizza and wings for free when ever we were ready for it. Besides that point they were all so very nice and friendly and very much understanding! They will defiantly keep us coming back to them!

My wife received a text message promo code«Friday13» so we figured we’d order and take advantage of the offer. What a disaster. First of all, the web page would not accept the promo code, but instead chucked us back to the«build a pizza page.» We tried calling the store, only to get one customer service(hah!) person who refused to understand my wife when she gave our address. Then I called, and as I was trying to place the order, the next customer service person, named«Matt» decided to hang up on me. Great. Your customer service is superbly terrible. When I called back, I was told, «Oh, the driver lost the connection on his phone.» Really? So … who is in charge of taking orders? So explain to me, why do you send out Promo Codes if you have no intention of letting your webpage accept them, and have no intention of letting your individual stores redeem them?

Whenever we order from Papa John’s, we always have it delivered. We haven’t had any issues with them being on time, or with our order being correct. We use the online ordering system, too. Would order from again.

This location is average. I would say my order is correct about 75% of the time, well prepared about 90% of the time, and delivered in a timely manner about 30% of the time. All this being said their service isn’t bad, but it’s not great either. But I continue to order here out of lack of many other options.

This restaurant has the best food, delivery is always on time or even ahead of schedule. The preparation is excellent/customer service is even better than that. I recommend them highly I don’t normally give 5 stars 4 reviews but these guys definitely have learned every one of the stars I’ve given.
