Fantastic experience! I went in for a chair massage before my flight since I tend to have sore shoulders. Melanie was able to take me immediately, and I appreciated that the first thing asked was whether there were any areas of concern, and the second was to confirm my boarding time to be sure no issues. Be Relax has 3 massage chairs in front, and then you can utilize one of the four electronic massage chairs before or after. There is also a Beaty bar areas for nails, products for sale, and hair stations(though I cannot comment much on those). The prices are typical for airports — the massage was $ 25 for 10 minutes, $ 35 for 15, and it went up from there. Would highly recommend as a quick stop in Jet Blue’s JFK terminal.

I had a long time before my flight, and badly needed a manicure. I sat down for what was an amazing experience. The person who did my nails was so nice and did such a good job. She was attentive, professional, communicative, and very laid-back. I was fighting to stay awake during the whole thing because of how nice it felt! The people who were getting massages looked like they were enjoying them, but I can’t say anything about them from my own personal experience. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

For an airport salon, this one is a great break from the only other chain that seems to exist, Xpress Spa. My nails a week later for a regular polish and manicure are hardly showing wear and no chips. I have been traveling in the Middle East, swimming etc and they are still going strong. I wanted to make sure that this place had a great review on Unilocal — do make the trip over to Jet Blue terminal for a long layover for good food nearby and great nails at Be Relax. They also have a bunch of Bumble and bumble beauty supplies and some other logician etc if you need some because TSA stole your products!
