Of all the BWW I’ve been to, this is by far the worst. Service was bad, but being a new restaurant I guess that’s expected. Our food took way to log to come out and when it did the chicken was undercooked. Obviously you can’t eat undercooked chicken so we told our server and she was sorry and took it away to fix it. After 45 minutes still no sign of wings. Our server said there was a mistake and they were making it now. We told them to cancel it and tried to leave but was now being vilified saying that we sent it back and don’t even wait.

The waitress was super nice… she kept coming to our table to make sure everything was ok. I like this one better than the one in Forest Hills. I was surprised the food as good maybe because I was hungry. It was great for kids too because tables have tablets for kids to play games on — for FREE!

Typical chain –Poor service, poor quality food– cone to gather at bar or for drinks not for the food itself. Fries are likely frozen. I gave 1 extra star for the tv setup, which is great if you are following a game. If it’s wasn’t a big game night i would come.

Today I decide to give BWW in Whitestone a second chance. This time, everything is great. I had order a boneless+traditional wing and onion ring like last time. The Waiter Ana is very friendly and nice, the manager(I did not see her name tag and did not have chance to get her name) and Ana often come and ask if everything is alright. The manager also offer me a sample for their new Summer only Strawberry Saracha sauce. The serving time is quick today, much better then last time. I also order cheesecake bite for desert, come with chocolate and caramel sauce, it taste so good!

3 out of 4 items we ordered were so salty. One might be mistake of the food preparer(not a chef for sure), three were not coincidence, something was wrong in the kitchen. Bad experience.

This used to be a Boulder Creek, and one that my co-workers and I would go to for Happy Hour on occasion. If you remember the old BC and are wondering how the new BWW compares, I’ll say it has a much nicer, updated interior and is far brighter than the BC was. It also has a ton of TVs, which was one gripe I had about BC: when I would go on a weekend with family, if you sat in the dining area there was a good chance your view of the TV(above the bar) was obstructed, at best. Here in the new BWW you will be hard-pressed to look in any direction besides the floor and not see at least one TV. That’s what earns BWW a third star: I can see the potential of coming here and having a drink while watching multiple games at once. The sound was off, though, so I wonder if it would be turned on for bigger games. As for the food, I came here with my two sons after watching a movie, and I had a small order of wings(10), and you can get them in two flavors. I chose garlic parm and mild buffalo so that my son could have some. My son really liked the garlic parm, but I wasn’t very into them. To be fair, I’ve visited two or three other BWWs with friends and I’m generally not a fan of their food, so this isn’t a knock on this particular establishment. My older son ordered the mini corn dogs off of the kids’ meal, and the meal was definitely mini. Maybe 5 – 6 mini dogs? He was looking for more food after. My younger son had the chicken tenders, which comes with three large tenders that were juicy and to his liking. We then capped off with the Dessert Nachos. As small as the mini corn dogs order was, the nachos were HUGE. Four scoops of ice cream, fried cheesecake bites, etc. — enough for a table of four to share. I’ll make a note to come back one night to catch a game, and see what the atmosphere is like. They seem to be making a push for soccer fans to come through, if that interests you.

I came here on a Tuesday for Traditional Tuesday with my family before going to the movies(which didn’t happen, sigh). It wasn’t as packed as I thought it would be and there were a couple of empty tables. We were seated within five minutes. It took us a while to order(mainly because I don’t really come here so I don’t know much about how to order LOL) but we ended up ordering shareable fries and beer battered onion rings and a total of 34 wings. Our waitress was very patient with us, even though we kept changing our orders, which is why I gave this place three stars(otherwise it would have been 2). It took QUITE a long time for our order to be served to us. Now, this place wasn’t even that busy and there were empty tables so it was pretty annoying that we weren’t served as quickly as we needed to be. Even people who arrived after us were served before us which made us all go WTF? When our waitress came by, we asked where our food was and she was surprised and immediately went back to see where it was. Our food came and the guy serving us didn’t give us our fries and we told him this. After giving us all our food, he left and we started to eat while also waiting on the fries. Time went by and it still didn’t come. When our waitress came by to check on how everything was going, we told her we never got our fries and she went off to go get them for us. I wish I had written down her name so I could give her props for being the bomb dot com but alas, I did not. All in all, the food is good and delicious but the service sucks. I wish things had been done faster so we could have gotten to our movie before it sold out but that’s life. So if you come here, don’t expect the best of service but at least the food’s good, right?

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt because I know this location was fairly new but it has been a few months since opening and I would expect for them to have their stuff together just a little bit. From the outside the place looks huge, but once you get in, the place is tiny and they put way too many tables in places that can’t fit anymore. Don’t get me wrong, the building is nice, very updated, so much different from the boulder creek that once stood there, but it is way too tiny. I felt bad for some of the tables because they would constantly be bumped while eating because people were trying to squeeze through tables that should be organized differently. We were seated rather quickly and that was at 7p on a Tuesday traditional wings special night. Not much of a special though when you pay 75cents. So sad that bww has been raising their prices. Our waiter was flustered with his tables and caused for poor service, must be inexperience. Food came out rather quickly, sauces were good but they were cold and not as crispy as other locations. Fries were on point though. Place needs work compared to other bww.

I was rushing to get lunch before work and low and behold I stumbled across Buffalo Wild Wings. I’m such a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. Idk why but I just am. So I pull into the parking lot and they have a parking reserved for«Take out only». When you walk towards the door you’ll see the sign that says takeout. As I entered I saw a small little space excluded from the restaurant and I immediately thought it was cute and dope. It had seating for your wait and a tv to watch. The young woman taking my order was very nice and spunky which was a plus. She explained the menu to me. The great thing about this place at lunch time is that they have lunch specials like a mix and match for 7 and 8 dollars. I ordered Buffalo wings with a Caesar salad. I got 4 extra wings to bring home later to my husband so it came up to $ 10.45. Not bad at all. She offered me something to drink while I waited but I declined. The wait wasn’t long at all. I say 10 minutes the most. I’ll definitely return and I recommend !

The worst burger I’ve had in my life. Cold, thin party on a lifeless bun. My friend had the same. What a disappointment it’s hard to screw up a burger but Bdubs did it perfectly. A perfect example of what a burger should not be. Certainly not worth the price. Even McDonald’s one is better. I’ve extent better ones in diners and diner burger is not something I like. The wings were ok but nothing special. Service is not that attentive. I had to call for my beers 3 times. Beer selection is alright. It’s a new place and evrthng looks nice and new inside. I was expecting a lot more out of it. At least a decent burger. Certainly a bad start for a new shop.

This is not part of my usual area to explore but had business in the nearby Staples. Anyway, service really suck here, really. I am totally not expecting any 5 star service, its Buffalo Wild Wings for g*d sakes but when your drinks takes 20min, you lose patience. And the wings are just not that good. Next!

Next time we definitely down for the hot wings challenge… my lips on fire!!! Holy Smokes, this shizz is hot! What’s in a name? Blazing is the name. I read all the reviews and Frank and I both don’t agree with many of them. Our server was awesome, and we never waited for anyone to serve us. My Buffalo chicken sandwich with the Mango Habanero sauce was so yummy… granted this is not your grandmother home cooking but if you want something where your guy can watch sports while you knock back a few drinks, its alright… We enjoyed it for what it is, kid friendly, boyfriend of husband friendly, lots of sports on the tv screens and finger foods. Best thing, they had lots of wet wipes for those messy hot wings… and yes, we had the hottest!

Worst experience tonight. We ordered our food which came out exactly five minutes later– which you would think is a good thing? However we hadn’t had our drinks, utensils, or even our appetizer yet. So there we are sitting with our dinner and nothing else we ordered. I had to remind the waiter three times to bring out everything else. He was very inattentive and distracted. I noticed he was doing this to other tables as well. You go to a restaurant not only for the food, but for the experience. I didn’t catch his name but he was a younger Hispanic man on the thin side. Avoid him and this place!!! To think he didn’t even offer to give us our drinks for free or anything after this mess pisses me off even more. Oh and also I agree with the reviews before me about beer not being filled up to the top of the glass. Come on

SERVICEHERESUCKS. A few months ago I posted up a decent review at the thought maybe people were being too picky about the service here. However, after coming here a few more times I have to agree with everyone the service sucks 100%. Typically they’ll have many tables free but yet waitresses are never free if you want to order drinks or need anything. After ordering food, it takes anywhere between 45 mins– an hour before you actually get your food. The service at other Buffalo Wild Wings are typically a lot better! In terms of food, I really actually love Buffalo Wild Wings. They have pretty good deals on Tuesdays and Thursday’s(I forgot the specifics but one is boneless and one is traditional). Fried pickles are a must as an appetizer, they’re so addicting! They have a pretty decent beer selection(although my friend had to change her order 3 times before they actually had what she wanted on tap, not sure if this happens regularly). My favorite wings to get here are the spicy garlic flavor. They’re not too spicy but super flavorful. Overall, I’ve always had pretty decent meals here. It’s just a little ridiculous how long the wait is, especially when there are visibly more waitresses than tables with customers. If that’s a sacrifice you’re willing to make for the ample amount of parking I would recommend this location, otherwise the one in forest hills is far superior!

First of all if you want wings check out BonChon, mad for chicken, Kyochon or hooters. Any of those would be better options than this. If you’re looking for a place to watch sports, Hooters or Applebees beats this place by far. Service sucked! 100% sucked. It took awhile for the waiter to come and take our order, it took awhile for him to bring order out, and when our order arrived our fries were cold. While waiting to get the waiters attention to tell him my fries were cold, multiple other waiters walked by multiple times. I notified another waitress to bring me an order of fresh French fries and THAT took a while. When our waiter finally came, I told him I needed a fresh order of french fries thinking the other waitress told him to come over. Throughout the course of the next half hour a fresh order of Free French fries showed up, i ate them and another showed up! Lol! Nice to know I got something free out of their 1-star service! Another thing that really upset me was, I asked them to put the NBA game on since there was only one TV showing it and behind me. The waiter said, «I’ll do my best» and proceeded to take our order. He did nothing about it and later another person said they don’t change the channels. I found this to be profoundly inhospitable/rude because they could have sat us somewhere else where our whole party could watch the NBA game but no, proceeded to take our order, lie and then say it would be too much trouble to seat us somewhere else. AND! I’m supposed to just come back here with people I care about and trust you to feed us clean food too? Hospitality 0 Integrity 0 Attractiveness 0 At least hooters has a pretty girl serving you. So this place has crappy food and crappy service and No pretty girls in hot pants serving you. Why is it even open?

Where do I begin? I am not sure if people are being too picky, just plain over reacting or service has improved? because looking at some of the reviews your first impression would be to run In the other direction! I happen to be in the shopping mall & we wanted to get a bite to eat & some drinks. We walked in & were seated right away, we were seated by the bar area. Drinks we had the special promo for Sam Adams tried the IPA& Cold Snap, good IPA but it has a bit of an after taste the Cold Snap was great nice & cold good taste. Food I went with the Parmesan Garlic & Bourbon Honey Mustard, good Parmesan garlic these had a little bit of a kick to them which I was surprised since I’ve tried these at other BWW’s & they never seem to have a spicy kick to them either way it wasn’t bad. The Bourbon honey mustard were pretty good as well nice sweet taste. My friend had the Mango Habanero & Honey BBQ mango habanero are good if u like them spicy these have the right amount of spice & sweet to them. The Honey BBQ were good as well good tasting sauce. As for the place itself looks bigger on the outside than it is typical BWW décor with plenty of TV’s to catch any game on. One common factor in most reviews seems to be the bad service now I get that not everyone can have a good experience overall our experience was good with the service our waiter was nice & friendly. Service was a bit slow but not that big of deal since we were in no rush. They have a decent amount of choices & depending on what u get prices are reasonable. Easy meal if u stick to the wings & don’t get too complicated.

This place is atrocious. The reviewer below, Shirley, probably works there or was extremely wasted. Actually, no way she could have been drunk because the beer from the tap was water with golden food coloring in it. Disgusting. Service took forever. Didn’t realize servers were paid to ignore customers. Where do I sign up? Food. Dried cheese fries, cold wings, and watered down drinks. Overall it was a horrible experience.

I went to school in Buffalo so I KNOW my wings. I used to go to BWW every week for their half off wings. They are now $.75 per wing on Thursdays, quite expensive. As I read this is a new BWW so I am gonna go a little easy on them. I agree with all the other Unilocalers that the service here wasn’t the best. I got there around like 10:30pm with only a couple tables left. I got seated and it took a while for our sever to come greet us… when there were no other customers in the restaurant. We ordered the large(20) traditional wings. Hot, Asian Zing, Chipotle BBQ(dry rubbed), and Dessert heat(dry rubbed). The wings were kind of small, and weren’t crispy at all. I would appreciate if they could separate the wings with sauce and the dry rubbed. The server clearly knew I was sharing the wings. And I don’t like saucy wings and they were all polluted mixed with the other wings and the spilled ranch on the side. They close at 11pm, which I think is pretty early. There are better places around town with better wings and services.

There’s something wrong with this one location. I’ve been to a couple other locations and it was great. Service is terrible in this location. Ordered some wings and a burger and took 1 hour and 3 minutes to get the burger. The lady serving us was slow to check on the table and there was a period of almost 20 minutes I didn’t see her around. Good atmosphere, nice menu but the service lacks. The location is still new and perhaps they’re working out the details. Hopefully it will get better. I’m going to give it another try.

Food is great just like the other BWW. Their staff in front is friendly and seem to know what they are doing. They are attentive and kept acknowledging us(we had a larger party). Our server was nice. Started off on the wrong foot when we were seated because the staff in the front told us one thing but we weren’t seated like advised. But she was nice and did come back to check on us a few times. We ordered but two of our orders were messed up.(Kids meal didn’t come along with our other food and when it did come our cheese burger didn’t have cheese). Going to come back again because the location is great and will give the benefit of the doubt that because they are still new they will be working out the kinks. They wait for the food is a bit longer than most tho

First they didnt have any of the beers we picked off their menu. We ordered food and drinks at the same time. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks and what a mistake ordering another drink. The food finally came 1 ½ hours later… sucks. They screwed up our order. The saddest part was their were fully staffed. Whoever did the hiring, just WOW. See this place closing down very soon if they don’t change their ways ASAP. Update: Gave it a second chance, walked out… need I say more.

Wow this was one horrible experience. We went around 2pm for a late lunch. It was pretty packed but got seated right away. The server was a young man. He was polite and took our food orders right away. After 30 mins of waiting we asked about the food. He told us 5 more minutes. Another 10 mins go by and nothing. The manager so happens to just stroll by and ask how we were doing. We let him know this was a horrible experience and we weren’t happy waiting 40 mins for food. The food finally comes out and not only was the order wrong but it was freezing cold. We gathered our stuff to leave and denied the food. We were there for 50 mins. All we ordered was 5 wings, salad, and nachos. Really? Doesn’t take that long to make. So their kitchen staff is horrible and the young servers don’t have the experience to get on the chefs asses to hustle. I really wish I could give this 0 stars. DONOTGOHEREATALL!

Amazing. Wonderful. Exciting. Finally! All adjectives that I thought of when I passed by my old hometown visiting my mom as I saw a new Buffalo Wild Wings being built. Finally a Buffalo Wild Wings closer to this side of Queens; we’re severely lacking decent sports bars around here! Only one of these adjectives stood true. I finally had a chance to visit the new venue with my friend for a quick afterwork drink and wings over a Knicks game. We didn’t have too long but we knew two things: 1) we wanted beer and wings, and 2) we wanted it quickly. So what do you do when you go to a sports bar when you want those two things? You head straight to the bar, which is what we did. We nodded at two of the three people working the bar that night. A Tuesday night. The place still had a great crowd. I noted that to my buddy because I was happy for them. We glanced at the draft beers and the menu and knew within a minute what we wanted. A few minutes passed by but nobody came to talk to us. So we put the menus back on the rack and watched the game. Two timeouts later(yes, TWO – this was the first quarter), we finally got some attention. We made our orders with the nice and very friendly bartender. Ladies and gentlemen, Unilocalers of all ages, we got our wings at halftime. Halftime. We saw a group come and go from the bar. We saw a ton of people leave when we arrived. And we still got our wings more than half an hour later. I remarked to my friend I wasn’t as hungry as I was when I first entered the restaurant. He patiently explained they have a chicken coop outside and the sauce coating process is very intricate and requires serious attention and time. Okay, I guess. I mean, the wings were good. But they were cold. They were late. They’ve been standing out the counter for a bit. It’s a bit disappointing as Buffalo Wild Wings is probably one of my favorite sports bar chains in the NYC area. Finally a Buffalo Wild Wings in the neighborhood. You’d need to wait a bit longer before you say ‘Finally’ when the wings actually come to your table.

Long story short: Rude and incompetent waitstaff, food here is subpar compared to other BWW restaurants. Don’t waste your time or money here. I’ve never written a negative review for a restaurant before, but I’ve never had the bad service that I did here. Typically I’m not picky or uptight especially when it comes to waitstaff; I respect their job and what they do for me. I came in on a weekday afternoon and my waitress was Chantel. She didn’t inform us of any deal or specials(good thing we knew it was $.75 wing Tuesday) and barely spoke to us or asked us if we needed anything, to which I just disregarded. When our order arrived 1. we didn’t get any napkins, which we always had before considering it’s a wing restaurant 2. I didn’t receive a fork for my boneless wings 3. I order cheese fries, but my fries were plain so I asked the server for cheese. He came back with another order of(stale) fries with one square of American cheese melted over it. I know BWW can do better; this was pathetic. I didnt even eat them, and my wings tasted stale as well when they usually taste great. Chantel never followed up with us to ask if we needed anything, forcing us to ask other waiters for things like more water and a fork which made the process that much longer, not to mention how they were rude about it too. The manager approached me and asked asked how everything was and I explained it all to him, and he offered to take off the boneless wings and fries from my order(I didn’t even ask; he was very nice) When Chantel FINALLY brought the check I was charged for 2 fries and the wings(when I only ordered one order of fries and they were offered to be taken off.) I told Chantel what the manager said and she was incredibly rude about it, saying he only does that if someone doesn’t eat their food, claiming I ate all of mine when I ate maybe 4 out of 15 of my wings. Even the woman at the table next to me told me her attitude was disgusting and that I should tell the manager. Eventually she talked to him and took it off. I never even gave her an attitude; I’m shy and was therefore just trying to 1. get what I needed, like water and a fork and 2. receive what I was promised by the manager.

Terrible service. Food was cold when it came out. Had to wait almost 45 – 50 minutes for our food. Also, they got my sister’s order wrong. Took about 20 minutes for them to fix it. We had to flag down a second waiter to send her food back to the kitchen. Overall, terrible experience. Terrible service and mediocre food. This place needs to hire a new manager or more staff. The place was not that packed for the service to be this terrible.

I have never seen a restaurant as savagely crucified within the first 2 weeks of opening as this one. After my visit last night, I’ll pile on to this barrage. My wife and I live nearby and luckily got seated as soon as we arrived(about 530PM on Friday 1÷1÷16). Our server was pleasant and did her job as best as possible, but this place has seems to have massive problems with its kitchen, as well as communication problems between the servers and the kitchen. As others have noted, it took forever to get our food(45 minutes for one serving of traditional wings, one serving of boneless wings, a pulled pork sandwich, and a grilled chicken wrap). My wife said her pulled pork sandwich had no taste and was very salty. She also found a piece of cut away skin in her sandwich. The onions on the sandwich were soaked in vinegar. My grilled chicken tasted okay, but there was way too much tortilla and not enough chicken to justify the price tag. It was also salty. The fries were decent. Our main dishes came out before the wings did, which was unusual. When our wings finally arrived, they were tough, chewy, and the medium spicy sauce was caked on, telling me that our wings had sat in the window waiting for pickup for a very long time. While waiting for our food, a guy standing next to me was complaining to the manager that he ordered takeout after being told it would be ready in 10 minutes. It was now 45 minutes later and he was pissed, telling the manager that he felt that he was lied to, and he never would have ordered an item to go if he knew it would take so long. What bothered him more than the wait was the feeling that he was lied to. No business can survive if there is no trust with its customers. I’ve seen enough Bar Rescue episodes to imagine that Jon Taffer would be yelling at the management here that«you set your employees up to fail!» There are no systems in place here. That should have been taken care of before the restaurant opened. The fact that others have described other BWW locations as being far more efficient tells me that local management at this location is incompetent, upper management rolled the dice that they could succeed here without proper systems in place, or some combination of the 2. Others have given this location one year to survive at this rate. I say this place will be closed by summer if things don’t change in a hurry. Look, I understand about the growing pains of a new business and am usually willing to cut this BBW some slack. But, the reviews so far indicate that there has been a massive systems failure along the way. Everyone is bad mouthing this place, and that’s a shame, mainly because there are so many young people working here who need the job. If this place goes under, so do their jobs. My server used the phrase«guest experience» last night. On our receipt she wrote, «Sorry for the wait». I still tipped her a decent amount because it wasn’t her fault. But, she’s right about our«guest experience» last night being a total failure.

Just not up to par… we waited to get a table. no problem… But than it started with no service not because they don’t have the staff. Its because because theres no communication with kitchen and the bar. Our drinks came 30 min after we were seated, we ordered the appetizer sampler which never arrived our food came out about an hour after we were seated, by the way wings came from the luke warm, no napkins no water… well thats not to mention that the table next to us got so upset after waiting for over an hour for there food got up and left. If your really Wild about wings… Your in for a wild wait.

Okay, I’m going to have to agree with the other reviewers. The service in this place sucks. I was here for lunch with my bro. We got 20 wings between us and a spinach and artichoke dip, as well as a tall glass of blue moon. I suppose it is because the location is fairly new and the staff are most likely untrained but there are just so many problems! The kitchen staff was pretty bad. They forgot to heat up my spinach and artichoke dip(which btw comes in a smaller cup than the bww in long island) and also forgot to give us red pepper and other veggies. The bartender didn’t fill up my beer all the way to the top… Seriously??? The waitress tried her best but forgot tons of things such as extra napkins and paper bowls for the bones and such. She was very nice though. What I don’t get is that there were so many waiters/waitresses but my particular waitress was extremely busy and hard to grab hold of(though she was pretty good at checking up on us from time to time). A lot of them were just standing around the entrance talking to each other at times so maybe it was because of that. Or maybe they just need more staff. It’s hard to tell but management should seriously do something about the service here.
