This is my favorite Starbucks when I’m back east. I’m a fan of the blonde roasts and this Starbucks always has a fresh-brewed blonde unlike many other Starbucks. Plus the coffee is always nice and strong when I’ve been there.

Service tends to be rocky. Sometimes they’re very attentive, but then sometimes they want you to just get in and out. I understand that between the drive-thru and taking orders inside makes the workplace busy, however when it’s just the two of you and I ask for one drink, and you are the slowest person on the face on the planet(exaggeration, but you get the point lol), there’s no excuse. So I’m 50⁄50. Oh and the sbux here charges tax, whereas the one across the street in the mall at Target does not. ^less expensive across the street.

This Starbucks is an above average one. It is right by the mall so it is convenient if you want to go to the mall after or before. They have a wide variety of beverages and snacks. I would recommend this Starbucks to anybody who likes coffee and snacks.

Not impressed. Dirty floor, dirty tables, not a square of TP in the restroom & very long wait for my drink after I stood at the register for at least a minute before someone came out from the back to help. The 2 stars are for making my drink right.

My wife and I are fairly regular customers of many of the regions Starbucks and this is our favorite one. Good location, efficient drivethru, spacious inside, and a friendly and mostly competent staff. They have even let our local geocaching group hold a couple of events here.

I was fascinated by how friendly the staff was here and how large the store was. So often Starbucks stores I go to are small, cramped, and there’s too many people milling about. This place was vastly different. So glad I went.

The staff are friendly. I showed my rewards for Starbucks card. There was some confusion and we already paid but the cashier helped us out with it effortlessly. Awesome!

Poor parking, poor customer service. Only reason for two stars was that they had the drink I wanted. I will say there is a lot of seating inside. Hard to make a left hand turn out of place due to traffic. There’s not much other choice, only Starbucks around.

It’s Starbucks. I’m going to assume that you know their prices are high and their music is decent, and that you have made your own decision about if you like their food/drinks(I don’t). So I’m not going to rate the place on those aspects. I’ll rate it on the actual space and the employees. It isn’t the cleanest, but they have lots of seating and space to work. The wifi doesn’t always work! If you are planning on doing work there, unless you really want something to eat/drink, I would recommend trying to connect to the wifi before you buy anything. They do have some games, and since they have large tables that could be fun. Employees are ok, service varies. Don’t come in in the evening(last couple hours before closing), because they will have started putting some of the food away, and will be cleaning around you while you try to sit and work.

I go to a lot of Starbuck’s, depending where I am, I use the app quite often to find the closest Starbucks to me, including when I am traveling out of the country(the app didn’t work out of the country BTW, but the website did so all was good). This Starbucks is one of my most frequent stops for many reasons, mainly its Drive In… for those days when you just don’t have the time to hop out and be inticed by the cake pops and scones on the inside– really just a bonus sometimes because I don’t need those treats at all… and because the staff gets my order right pretty consistently, only once recently a day or two ago, did I have a problem here, with the advent of Pumpkin Spice Latte season, they must have mistakenly pumped Pumpkin into my Chai Frapp because it was ALLPUMPKIN all the time, and as I don’t especially like Pumpkin– dare I say I HATE pumpkin, it wasn’t till I was on the Northway heading home that I realized the error and it was too late to go back– although I do like an extra pump of chai, when I said that its possible they thought I was ok with some Pumpkin… I DID try to enjoy it but that didn’t happen, but thats the only time I have ever really had issue at this Starbucks. I find this Starbucks gets a lot of business and some days the drive in is longer than usual, but the time of day matters in this, and if your Starbucks is busy that must mean they are doing ok somewhere right?

I’m just happy I found a Starbucks near Lake George! Only 4 Stars because it took a bit long to place the order, register girl couldn’t crack a smile but she was pretty busy taking the orders then writing the orders on the cups. Kinda weird! The Baristas were ok, no one was that friendly. Store itself was freezing.

3 days. 3 orders screwed up. Each time I ordered a venti nonfat iced caramel latte. Day 1: they tried to give me a hot latte Day 2: ordered a latte, tried to give me a macchiato. At least it was iced — the barista from the day before was working and made it a point to find it hilarious that my order was messed up 2 days in a row. Day 3: apparently caramel isn’t considered necessary in a caramel latte. Unfortunately I went through the drive-through and didn’t notice until I was 5 miles down the highway. Thankfully my vacation is over and I won’t have to go back to this Starbucks until September. I’m dreading it and will probably go to the Starbucks across the street in Target.

Yeah, the coffee is great but what about the people? they suck! every single one of them acts like they have someone better to help. like my drink is some kind of inconvience to them. that is your job… suck it up or find a new one! it takes a special person to work at Starbucks and I’m sure they are few and far between here in ny. i am visiting from nc where my daughter and I go almost everyday(and the people are so nice and know us by name) and I will go out of my way to go across the street just to avoid this place. they are so much more personable over there and listen to all you have to say and dont hand over your drink off to someone else to mess up. if I say light ice, it doesn’t mean I’m trying to get more for nothing, it simply means put less ice in it, you know… don’t fill it to the top. just make my drink… put on a fake smile, do it right and tell me to have a nice day… it’s not difficult!

You know you’ve lived in NYC for too long when you are legitimately giddy over a Venti Chai ONLY costing $ 3.95. *sigh* I digress. Needing a place to do some homework while staying in a motel in Lake Luzerne that has no working WiFi or cell phone reception(AHHHHHH! THEHORROR!), this Starbucks is currently providing me a very lovely respite, teaming with dual levels of seating and WiFi a’plenty! The baristas are quick, friendly, and efficient.(Kudos to the girl running orders for both walk-ins and the folks in the drive-thru.) It’s very conveniently located off of Exit 19 off of I-87; perfect for locals and Adirondack adventurers alike.

Baristas, please let me finish my order before rushing me out the door-I was actually just pausing to BREATHE. And without fail, EVERYTIME I order a soy based beverage, it’s an epic fail… you’re the only halfway decent coffee for miles & when I come home to visit, I need much caffeine to endure my time in town. Please stop making these encounters so painful.

I know what you’re thinking… «Seriously, who reviews Starbucks?» This girl, apparently. I just had such a great experience in there tonight and I couldn’t let it go without sharing it somewhere. I came in wanting a to buy a pound of coffee as a gift, and needed suggestions for a specific blend. The barista(or is the male version ‘baristo’?) was not only over-the-top knowledgeable and helpful, but also good-natured, friendly and humorous. The other non-barista employees(maybe higher-up managers?) were also super nice and personable. Which was great, considering that I’d been having a really terrible, stressful week up until that point. Somehow, almost serendipitously, all the employees at the Queensbury Starbucks got me smiling and even laughing again for the first time in days. Yes, the coffee’s good too, and the ambiance of this particular location is very nice, spacious and open with lots of natural light, but this was definitely one of those instances where customer service made all the difference, and I’m usually the kind of person who couldn’t care less about customer service unless it’s aggravatingly terrible. I’ll definitely be back looking for that same barista again!

Normally I would not give a Starbucks five stars, it’s a Starbucks! This particular location has a great and friendly staff, that seems to have been with the company forever. They also have a great drive-thru.

Largest Starbucks I have ever been in with lots of places to sit and use a laptop. Also has drive-thru. The staff here are friendly and efficient.
