I ordered two dishes about a couple of months ago(Beef & Chicken teppanyaki, Shrimp Stir fried noodles). They were delicious and yummy. But when I went back a couple of weeks ago & ordered the same dishes, they were not as good. The Shrimp stir fried noodles was terrible(too much water at the bottom of the tray. it did not look like stir fried to me. Did they have a different cook? I am disappointed and debate If I should go back again.

The food(minus the sushi) is good quality and prepared well, but the sushi is really hit or miss. I usually go there once a week, but yesterday I got sick from the sushi. This is the second time this has happened in the past year, so I will not be going back.

Let me start this review off by saying I’ve loved B Café(Beni’s) since I was in middle school. Living two minutes away means I come here constantly, and I’ve tried most items on the menu. For the price you’re paying, it’s pretty decent. I have been pretty disappointed lately though; the quality of the food and drinks has been inconsistent. I could go in one day and get bubble tea, but the boba would range from anywhere between solid and way too mushy. The food also varies from time to time. Just today, I got pork curry to-go. When I got home I found there to be 80% rice and 20% curry. They used to give a lot more curry! What happened? I’m writing this review hoping that this was just a one time occurrence. Given its proximity and convenience, I will probably still be eating here.

Whenever I go here, there is nowhere to sit. The place is packed and squishy. The restaurant is clean and shiny(?). The noise level is high because of the blender and people chatting. The sushi is okay and extremely pricy. I recommend the rice bowls like the beef one. The eel one is super saucy and salty. And the shakes and smoothies are not the best or freshest. If you want bubble tea go to Vivi’s next door. Additionally the Wifi is SLOW. Overall the staff was friendly and you may see your sushi being made behind the counter. The look is very modern.

This place has real solid sushi. In addition to the sushi they have a real tasty avocado salad. Definitely worth a stop in this sushi place.

Love their smoothies and my bf loves their curry sauce as it’s nice and thick. Reasonable prices too.

I would’ve given B Café a 5 star, because the company they are owned by are awesome. The Fuji Group has other restaurants that are awesome(like Shabu for example.). However, the couple times I have been at B Café, they have messed up my order. They are late with take-out orders too. Even if I ordered at least 20 minutes ahead. I am hoping the Fuji group will manage B Café soon.

Always went there during my high school and even during college too since I live close to home. I love their drinks, I always get the lychee pineapple smoothie, green tea pineapple smoothie, and Thai iced tea. I don’t get the food a lot but I love their bowls – I’ve tried the chirasai(not sure if I spelled it right), haven’t tried the salmon bowl or the tuna bowl but I will check it out later. I have trouble picking which kind of fish to get so I get the one that had a bit of everything which is the chirasai. It’s very good if you’re looking for a to go meal. The price is 13 $ so it’s not bad if you only get it sometimes since it’s a little expensive but the portion size compensates for it.

I used to do take out from B café 3 times a week at least and have my husband pick up. The guy at the counter was always nice(bump into him yesterday at Yocha). But lately I haven’t been greeted by the teenage girls who was at the counter. Today same thing happened my husband is went here picking up food and texting me at the same time how this girl totally ignored him. We ordered and fast forward 35 minutes it’s still not ready, called to check and the girl couldn’t be less helpful and hung up on me. Everything spilled when we got our food at home, very frustrating and messy. They should retrain their staff(my field is customer service too) i can’t stand people that could care less about customer relations. If I was the boss I’ll lose my mind! Even though I love the food here it left a bad taste in my mouth, I’ll go if I really have to.

Good birthday lunch. Excellent thai iced tea. Seaweed salad was good. No need for iceberg underneath. Eggrolls were crisp and delivered swiftly. What took awhile was the sushi. A huge rush came in after me and it took about 15 minutes. The spicy salmon handroll had surprise tempura crisp inside. They were delicious. The unagi was the best. The mango cucumber roll was a little plain. All in all I was satisfied especially because the employees were friendly fast moving and efficient. The place was packed when I left because a local school must have gotten out. They rolled with it. Good job.

I’ve been going to B Café for years, and it’s consistently good. It has great drinks, tasty teppanyaki, and cheap sushi. The sushi isn’t the absolute best I’ve ever had, but it’s pretty well made and worth the cost. They do some interesting rolls with mango that I love. I wouldn’t necessarily go here for traditional nigiri, but it’s great for rolls. Service is quick and efficient. If the restaurant is full, order your food to go and take it over to YoCha to sit down and grab a drink there!

I wish I could give a 3.5 star rating. I liked the food and the space. I’ll probably come back again when I’m in Quincy, but I doubt that I’ll make any trips specifically out her for the food. It’s a cute space. I like the combos that they offer. I wish that the california roll was crab salad rather than crab stick, but it wasn’t really a big deal to me. I really enjoyed the jasmine tea drink.

I’ve been a customer for many years. I usually come once a week for a Thai iced tea. B Café, formerly Beni, is a very consistent restaurant with quick service. I am not a sushi person, but I really like their curry rice bowls and drinks. There’s a lot of options at good prices! Note: I don’t recommend coming here 2 – 4 p.m. because it’s usually packed with high school students. Also, it is really cold when dining here during the winter since it’s a little restaurant and people are always coming in and out. If I do order food, it’s usually take out. Remember to ask for condiments like spicy mayo and soy sauce!

Good place to grab some quick sushi. They renovated a couple months ago. Not sure if they changed their recipe for boba milk teas but they seem to taste better. I’ve been getting the tai iced tea with boba and they’ve consistently tasted good. Their boba are cooked nicely and sweet, whereas before they were undercooked in the middle. Make sure to get your loyalty card stamped for every drink you get, it’s buy 10 get 1 free. Salmon is my favorite so I usually order the sake don. They give a generous portion of fish over rice. Also tastes fresh and hits the spot. They have some combos which come with 3 sushi rolls and a drink, prices range from $ 16.50-$ 19.50. I recommend calling ahead if you get pick-up as it can get busy during prime times. The only thing I would change would be to have a separate line for pick-up orders because there have been times when I arrive to pick up my food and ended up waiting in the same line as people ordering their food. If I order ahead of time I don’t expect to have to wait in line for it.

I forget where I heard about this place but I came in with high hopes. Sort of fast food style? Only a few tables to sit down at, definitely not the typical sit down style of restaurant. I don’t know why but I was feeling like soup so I got the ramen… Usually I try not to get ramen from a place unless it specializes in it. My gf got the curry noodle stir fry and a green tea/coconut smoothie. We both split a spicy tuna maki roll. My ramen comes out and there’s a random fried egg on top… eh whatever lol. I could immediately tell that the noodles and soup were probably premade. Buuuuuuuuuut it honestly didn’t taste that bad. I think it’s like 8 bucs? Good amount of food for that price. I wouldn’t get it again it but it satisfied my soup craving. My gf’s curry noodle stir fry came out and the curry was japanese based. Once again a random fried egg on top. Quite honestly this looked like something a stoned college student would make, BUT it tasted really good. The chicken in the dish was extremely tasty. Once again good value for what you get. My complaint would be is that they kind of go crazy with the bean sprouts. Her smoothie was pretty good, nothing to write home about. The spicy tuna maki kind of echoed the entire meal. The roll wasn’t tightly rolled and it looked like they didn’t have the correct amount of rice covering the seaweed. BUT as ashamed as I am to say this… B café’s spicy tuna maki roll is probably the best one I’ve ever had(and I’ve had Oishi). Good amount of tempera flakes to give it a nice crunch when you bite into it. Maybe I like sushi super white washed or something. This place has intrigued me. Overall, the food looked a mess but tasted really good. Also, great value for the amount of food you get. Will definitely return.

Suited more for the high school scene, B Café offers a three page menu filled with simple Americanized Japanese sushi and entrees. I ordered a Thai iced tea and a sushi regular. The meal tasted standard, nothing mind blowing. The nigiri unfortunately did not have any wasabi underneath the fish and I had to apply it myself. It is close to the red line station and right by Yocha, where B Café food is allowed. Small number of seats that could get filled quickly by younger groups though, and service can be slow when the customers come in troves. Service: 3⁄5 Food: 3⁄5 Cleanliness: 3⁄5 Overall: 3⁄5

Looking for a quick lunch spot? Give B café a try and you won’t be disappointed. Been coming here for years now and consistency has always been there. Whether you want a rice plate with chicken or some sushi rolls, they have it all here. Prices are all very modest and won’t break the bank. Of all the sushi I’ve had here, I have yet to find a roll that I haven’t liked. I’m also a fan of their pork curry rice bowl, it’s Japanese curry with a piece of fried pork on top of a bed of sushi rice. Must try! Chicken tempanyaki is also good here when I don’t feel like driving up to the mall to get it from sarku Japan. All the drinks/smoothies here are what you need on a hot summers day. I stick to a simple watermelon smoothie with no boba but on occasion I like to add it in. Just an FYI if you don’t want your drink to be overly sweet, make sure to mention less sugar. Parking can be a hassle at times and you can be sure to find people double parked out on any given day. It can be chaotic during the school year around 2:30 — 3:00pm as all the kids from the high school come by and pack the entire restaurant.

If your favorite holiday is Thanksgiving but you wanna put an Asian spin on it, order the Bento box and boom! You’ve got a mini Asian Thanksgiving meal complete with protein, mini sides, and random food and perhaps an interesting curry gravy concoction. The curry shrimp rice dish Bento box option: different from expectations. You’ll get a generous portion of white rice with tempura battered shrimp(was expecting sauteed shrimp) and gravy curry. Yes, you read that correctly. The curry had the consistency of Thanksgiving GRAVY but tasted kind of like curry. Ok. The California maki that came with the meal was good and the rest of the sides were standard — decent spring rolls and dumplings. I gave this a star up because their milk tea — no boba — is solid(I always ask for no sugar — I think their teas are already slightly pre-sweetened and I don’t like additional sugar). Their milk tea slushies, while very tasty, tend to be too icy — they should probably work on blending it better. Expect both liquid and icy chunks. Also, the first time I ate here, I had sushi(just the standard spicy salmon maki) and pork gyoza and they were both pretty good for decent prices. Service is very friendly every time. The place is super casual and looks like a good place for high schoolers to hang out. Not a bad choice for milk teas and sushi — just make sure you know what you’re getting in your Bento box.

I use to visit this place a lot when my husband still lived down in Quincy, sadly we have have moved to Cambridge so we don’t get to visit as much as we want to. We always go and split a special sushi platter that they have on their menu. It has 3 or 4 different rolls with it, and $ 1 upgrade to get a shake. We usually go for either to coconut or mango smoothie, they never disappoint. The sushi is always delicious and made fresh, and the staff is fast and friendly. It’s always awesome to see a small business grow and succeed. Oh, also if you go to the shabu restaurant next door, I believe they either are linked or have the same owner(not sure) but you can order smoothies from next door, and they bring them over to you.

Un lugar excelente, lo mejor es su arroz con curry, los smothies son de lo mejor y la basta calidad de rollos no tiene igual. Altamente recomendable mis amigos de Quincy.
