This would be a zero stars if it could be. Ok, let me break it down for you.
1: Just don’t even bother. Turn around, go out the door and drive someplace else to eat.
2: All but one or two of the employees speaks and/​or understands enough English to take your order. Even then, that order may not be correct.
3: The food is below sub-​par, definitely not worth the aggravation of trying to order from here.

There is a crazy man who is on the verge of a breakdown who works here. I am a bit fearful to even write this bad review but I don’t ever plan to return so hopefully I am safe.
This man yelled at me because I ordered a grilled cheese on wheat. I had four children with me and he scared the crap out of them by yelling at me that there is no such sandwich on the menu and that I need to order a sandwich that is on the menu. One child is now about to cry because he REALLY WANTS HIS GRILLED CHEESE, so I tell the crazy man that I will take a turkey and cheese on wheat with extra cheese, toasted, hold the turkey. He again screams at me that I can’t get a grilled cheese, so I calmly repeat my order, he then screams at me that I will have to pay for the meat and I calmly tell him that I don’t care what he charges me for just make me the sandwich. Smile on my face so that I am not making the rest of the children cry.
This man looked right at me in my eyes and said,“does the customer want any vegetables on this sandwich?”. He then Said, «the customer owes me $ 10.15″. So I ordered the orange juices that I needed so he then yelled at me again…“does the customer want anything else?»
OMG this guy IS the guy from Silence of the Lambs when the woman is trapped in the hole and he hands her lotion on a rope and yells…“It puts the lotion on it’s back!”.
I already HATE Wal-​mart (see my review) and I think Subway used to be decent when it first arrived in Massachusetts. Now it is substandard shit with psychotic people serving it. DO NOT GO THERE, IT IS SCARY!
