I am in my early 50’s and have worn glasses most of my life. My recent exam and prescription was by far the best experience that I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Elliot and your professional staff!

I have been going to Elliott Vision for several years now. I have always been very satisfied with the level of service. There was a time a couple years ago where I had multiple issues with a pair of glasses due to my own faults, Elliott Vision stood behind their product and my inadequacies completely. Cheers, John

Extremely unhappy with the service I received. If I could give a zero, I would. I’ve had better experiences from retail chains in the mall. I was a would be first time contact user and this office has 0 patience for the learning curve that comes with this. Rather than make additional appointments and work with me or send some samples home I could practice with; I was told I was not a candidate for contacts, and I could not have the contact prescription that I was changed for to take to another location with a better reputation. In speaking with many life long contact users, I was assured that this treatment and procedure is not typical. I sure wish I hadn’t ordered glasses from them. Save your money and time and find a better office.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Elliott Vision Center. I ordered glasses through them several weeks ago, and I paid for them to be mailed to my home because I live out of town. A few days after I ordered them I got a message saying they were available for pick up. When I called to confirm they were going to be shipped I was told they would send them out that same day. A week passed and I still didn’t have my glasses. I called again, and the woman told me my glasses were sitting there ready to be shipped out. It had been an entire week. I called again the next day to confirm they would be sent out, and the woman was rude but assured me they were set to be sent out that day. A week later I still do not have my glasses, and they don’t know where they are. They were sent out in the regular mail without any tracking information. At this point I could have driven back to Racine to pick up the glasses. The staff was not helpful with this situation. In fact, they were rude and careless. I had several positive experiences with them in the past, but they just lost a customer.
