Came on a Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised that the store wasn’t busy. I was immediately greeted by a staff member who took me step-​by-​step through the process of building my very own minion.
All of the accoutrements were in stock and neatly organized. The stations to set the «bear’s» personality, sound, and birth certificate worked very swiftly and were intuitive.
I had a great minion-​bear date and would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants a fun build a bear experience. Great staff, great store!

Was very busy on a Tuesday. Only had two employees in the store. One stuffing the bears and one running the register. The line was very long. Had to wait a good 10 – 15 minutes.
Restrooms: clean
Store was overall clean and neat.
