I just got Unilocal so I’m trying my first review on this toy store. I was in the need for a present for my 1 year old nephew and figured I’d give this place a shot. Not having any idea what a 1 year old might like, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of help I received by the employees. They were all very knowledgeable and gave me several awesome options to chose from. More importantly they were able to fit my college student budget which was really my biggest priority. My little nephew loves the gift I got him and we play with it every time I visit. Big shout out to Learning Express for helping me make my gift one of the best for my nephew’s B-​day!

If you have kids, you MUST check out this store. The toys are bit on the pricey side, but there’s a lot of stuff here that I’ve never seen anywhere else. It’s pretty small and packed full, so you could spend a good amount of time checking things out. They have a lot of stuff out for you to «try out» too, which is fun. During the summer, they keep a bucket of bubbles and giant wands outside for kids to play with, which is a nice touch. This place is great for birthday gifts and they do complimentary wrapping!

A lot of toys here, a haven for my little girl, not so much for dad. I was hoping to find, along with the Rubik’s cubes, something more challenging, like the Rubik’s Revenge or Professor, or even the 2×2 cube, but that was not to be the case. They have lego’s, but in a very limited selection. Other games and puzzles as well, some that challenge reflexes, others not so challenging. Some of the artsy stuff is neat but expensive. Not sure I’ll really be shopping much here, I may stop back without my little girl for one of the items she was excited about: o)

Short and sweet: A great toy shop in the area! Loads of fun for kids and adults alike. However toys are a little on the pricy side.
